About the festival

Dantz Point Ciudadela Pamplona 2026 took place on 23 and 24 May, an edition defined by the dialogue between contemporary electronic music and urban heritage. La Ciudadela was not just a venue: it brought stone, perspective and a stage presence rarely seen for a club line-up.

The programme brought together Daniel Avery, 808 State, Slam, Sama Yax and Bitter Ama, a line-up that spanned generations of electronic music without turning the event into an exercise in nostalgia. There was rave memory, techno pulse and a contemporary take on dancing as a collective experience.

Dantz Point Ciudadela 2026 line-up

  • Daniel Avery, one of the British figures who has best connected darkness, melody and dancefloor tension over the last decade.
  • 808 State, a historic reference point spanning acid house, rave and Manchester's electronic culture.
  • Slam, bringing the techno muscle of a long-running career.
  • Sama Yax and Bitter Ama, rounding things off with an approach closer to the club fabric and the scene that keeps the night going.

Pamplona as an electronic stage

Part of Dantz Point's appeal also lay in its choice of space. La Ciudadela changes the scale of live performance: rather than shutting the music away in an anonymous warehouse, it places it in a site with history, openness and a very physical relationship with the city.

The 2026 edition left one thing clear: Pamplona can host electronic events with personality when the venue, the line-up and the audience are in dialogue with one another. Dantz Point played that card intelligently once again.
