In short
- Master Peace and nimino play Madrid and Barcelona in the same week in February, and on Thursday 11 they clash in Barcelona at different venues: Upload and La (2) de Apolo.
- Los Punsetes have only announced Barcelona: they present their eighth album on Saturday 17 April at Sala Apolo, a month and a half before playing Primavera Sound.
- All five dates are now on sale on Fever, at €22 (Master Peace and Los Punsetes) or €25 (nimino), plus booking fees.
- Primavera Tours has already announced more than twenty tours and concerts between January and May 2027, from Barry B at Sant Jordi Club to The Interrupters at La Riviera.
A Madrid band with twenty years of songs behind them, an artist from south-east London who blends indie and rap, and a British club electronica producer. Primavera Tours, Primavera Sound's club and venue programme, has put on sale concerts by Los Punsetes, Master Peace and nimino for the first part of 2027, with dates in Madrid and Barcelona. Tickets for Master Peace and nimino went on sale this Friday, 16 October.
The three announcements have little in common apart from the format: small and mid-sized venues, tickets under €25 and sales exclusively through Fever.
Master Peace and nimino: two nights in February
- Wednesday 10 February: Master Peace at Sala Villanos, Madrid.
- Thursday 11 February: Master Peace at Sala Upload, Barcelona.
- Thursday 11 February: nimino at La (2) de Apolo, Barcelona.
- Friday 12 February: nimino at Sala Mon, Madrid.
Master Peace is the stage name of Peace Okezie. He released his debut album in early 2024, How To Make A Master Peace, a record that took him on tour with Franz Ferdinand and The Streets, and he now returns with a second album, If I Don't Love You, Who Will?, according to Primavera Sound. He grew up between the grime and London rap his brother listened to (Skepta, Giggs) and the guitar indie of Bloc Party and Vampire Weekend, and his music sits at that crossroads.
nimino comes from somewhere else: the dance electronica that grew up on Soundcloud. He released his first album, Rooms on the Ark, in 2021, and his breakthrough came with the single I Only Smoke When I Drink, which went viral. Today he releases on Counter Records, a label linked to Ninja Tune.
The clash on Thursday 11 forces fans of both to choose: Master Peace plays Sala Upload, in Montjuïc, and nimino plays La (2) de Apolo, in Poble-sec. Anyone wanting to see both has the option of switching cities, because in Madrid they play on different nights, Wednesday and Friday.
Los Punsetes present their eighth album at Sala Apolo
Los Punsetes play on Saturday 17 April at Barcelona's Sala Apolo, the main stage in the building where nimino performs in February. They are presenting Un río de angustia desbocada, their eighth album, and arrive after the covers compilation on which Carolina Durante, Depresión Sonora, Mujeres and Soleá Morente reinterpreted their songs.
Primavera Tours has not yet announced any date in Madrid, the band's home city. For Barcelona audiences it is also a taster: Los Punsetes are on the Primavera Sound 2027 line-up, which takes place at Parc del Fòrum from 3 to 5 June.
Tickets, prices and times
Tickets are sold per date on Fever:
