Gara Durán

Gara Durán is a singer, songwriter, producer and pianist from Madrid, born in 1999, the daughter of an opera singer and a music teacher. In 2022 she began releasing songs she had written and produced herself, such as “Malaquita” and “El lago de mi pena”, with Barry B, and in June 2025 she released her debut EP, Alkimia, a concept record about the stages of a toxic relationship. Her pop moves between electronic music and an intimate tone. In 2026 she released “Placer de vivir”, with Natalia Lacunza, and “Una casa en el Teide”, which looks back to her Canarian roots.
