About the festival
Sonorama Ribera turns 30 in 2027 and already has its dates: from Wednesday 4 to Sunday 8 August in Aranda de Duero. The anniversary arrives with a single name announced, Siloé, and with the first batch of festival passes already sold out before any line-up exists. Anyone who wants to go has to wait for the next sales phase, which the organisers have not yet launched.
Sonorama Ribera 2027 dates: 4 to 8 August
The official website places the thirtieth edition between Wednesday 4 and Sunday 8 August 2027. The calendar moves forward by one day compared with 2026, which ran from Wednesday 5 to Sunday 9, and keeps last year's five days.
The catch lies in what each ticket covers. The 2027 terms of sale refer to 4 to 7 and 8 August, with the Sunday marked with an asterisk, and both the General Pass and the VIP Pass give access to the venue from 4 to 7 August. The organisers have not yet detailed what programme 8 August will have or where it will take place. On the ticketing platform, the first session starts on Wednesday 4 from 19:00.
El Picón and the squares of Aranda: where the festival happens
The official 2027 ticketing platform places the festival at the Recinto El Picón, on calle Valladolid at its junction with calle Haza, the space that hosts the night-time concerts. Sonorama, which presents itself as a music and food festival, is not confined to that venue: much of its identity lies in the daytime programme around the centre of Aranda, with the plaza del Trigo serving as the stage for surprise concerts in recent editions.
The camping area is sold separately and requires a festival ticket. Under-18s may only access it accompanied by their father, mother or legal guardian and with a specific authorisation. The exact location of the campsite in 2027 has not been announced.
Siloé, first name for the 30th anniversary
Siloé is, for now, the only artist confirmed for Sonorama Ribera 2027. The organisers announced it as the 2026 edition closed, as reported by Cadena SER Radio Aranda. The choice looks to the region: Siloé is a band from Valladolid, less than a hundred kilometres from Aranda.
As of 14 October 2026 there are no further official names. ModoFestival covered the announcement and the opening of the first sale in the article on the first Sonorama Ribera 2027 passes and the signing of Siloé.
Sonorama Ribera 2027 passes: the first batch is already sold out
On 11 August 2026 the festival opened a first phase of 5,000 passes at €85. As of 14 October, the official shop shows the €85 General Pass 2027 Early Bird as sold out, as is its version for people with disabilities, and offers no other ticket type for sale. Prices for the next phase have not been published.
Those passes were sold without a line-up. The 2027 terms make it clear: anyone buying in the early bird phase accepts that the programme may be completed or changed, and the addition, replacement or cancellation of artists does not give the right to a refund except if the festival is cancelled or in the cases established by law.
The 2027 terms already describe these ticket types:
- General Pass: access to the venue from 4 to 7 August for over-12s, without VIP area or camping.
- VIP Pass: the same days, with a preferential viewing area, direct access from outside, a rest area, exclusive toilets and its own food offering.
- Day ticket: access only to the chosen day.
- Children's ticket: compulsory for children aged 0 to 11, who enter with an adult holding their own ticket.
- Versions of the pass and day ticket for people with disabilities and for beneficiaries of the Bono Cultural Joven.
Those aged 12 to 15 need a general ticket and must be accompanied by an adult; 16- and 17-year-olds can attend unaccompanied, but with a signed authorisation. Tickets are sold on the official Sonorama Ribera tickets page and in person at El Café Central (calle La Sal, 9, Aranda de Duero).
How Sonorama Ribera 2026 went
The 29th edition took place from 5 to 9 August 2026 with more than 150 artists and sales limited to 20,000 passes, the first general tier of which went for €78 plus fees. Crystal Fighters, Iván Ferreiro and La Pegatina opened on Wednesday; Rigoberta Bandini, Guitarricadelafuente and Rusowsky headlined Thursday; Love of Lesbian, Sexy Zebras and Niña Polaca, Friday; and La M.O.D.A., Leiva, Xoel López and Valeria Castro, Saturday. The Sonorama Ribera 2026 stage times show how they were spread across the stages.
The most talked-about moment came outside the line-up: Arde Bogotá made a surprise return to the plaza del Trigo on Friday 7 August in front of more than 7,000 people, after Barry B kicked off the surprises on Thursday. The organisers put the final total at around 150,000 attendees over the five days.
