About the festival

Arenal Sound 2027 will take place from Thursday 29 July to Sunday 1 August 2027 in Burriana (Castellón). The festival once again spans four days beside the playa del Arenal, in its usual late-July to early-August slot. The first presale has already closed and the line-up for the new edition has no names yet.

Arenal Sound 2027 dates: 29 July to 1 August

The organisers announced the dates as soon as the 2026 edition ended: from Thursday 29 July to Sunday 1 August 2027. That is four days of concerts, Thursday to Sunday, the same format as in 2026, when the festival ran from 30 July to 2 August. Anyone who usually books accommodation or holidays around that weekend can now do so with official dates.

The announcement came alongside the 2026 review and the opening of the presale, as we reported in our news story on the Arenal Sound 2027 dates and the close with 240,000 attendees.

Burriana and the playa del Arenal, the festival's home

Arenal Sound takes place in Burriana, in the province of Castellón, with the concert site beside the playa del Arenal. The beach is part of the experience: the festival combines the stages with a rest area, glamping, accommodation and its own transport services, which the official website groups together in its services section. Prices, places and conditions for these extras have not yet been published for 2027.

The festival's access guide describes three main ways to get there:

  • By car from Valencia: AP-7 towards Castellón and exit 47 for Burriana, a journey of around 50 minutes.
  • By car from Castellón: around 20 minutes via the N-340 or the CV-18, towards Burriana-Grao.
  • By train: Burriana-Alquerías station is around 45 minutes' walk from the site, or around 15 by bike or scooter, crossing the town centre to the carretera del Grao.

The festival also offers an official bus from various cities, circular routes and shuttles. Their timetables and prices for 2027 are not yet available.

Arenal Sound 2027 passes: the presale has ended

The presale opened on Wednesday 5 August 2026 at 12:00, three days after the end of the previous edition, with a 48-hour window. As of 14 October 2026, the official website shows all three ticket types with the notice presale ended:

  • General pass, from €60 including booking fees: access to all four days.
  • VIP pass, from €110: adds a VIP area, a free soft drink or beer per day (except XL size), priority entry and a VIP platform.
  • Dream VIP, from €175: adds 12 drinks (except XL), access to the front stage of the main stage and an official cup.

These prices are no longer available to buy. They serve, above all, as a reference for what people pay when they commit a year in advance and without a line-up: in June 2026, with the artists already announced, the general pass for that edition was listed from €75 and the VIP from €155. The difference is the incentive of the presale, and also its risk, because you buy before knowing who will perform.

The organisers have not yet set the date of the next sale. On the official Arenal Sound website you can leave your contact details to be notified of the next release of passes, which are sold through the festival's own website.

Arenal Sound 2027 line-up: no artists confirmed

No names have been confirmed for 2027. For now, the festival has opened an artist survey on its website so the public can suggest the line-up, with a draw for two VIP passes among those who take part. Any list circulating with Myke Towers, María Becerra or Ana Mena refers to the 2026 edition.

Recent editions do indicate the kind of line-up Arenal Sound tends to put together: Latin urban music and reggaeton at the top of the bill, Spanish pop and late-night electronic sets. In 2025 its headline names included Bad Gyal, Rels B and Steve Aoki; in 2026, Myke Towers, María Becerra and Dimitri Vegas.

How Arenal Sound 2026 went

The sixteenth edition took place from 30 July to 2 August 2026. According to the review published by Radio Castellón - Cadena SER, the festival drew 240,000 cumulative attendances over its four days. The figure adds up daily entries, so the same person with a pass counts several times; it does not equal 240,000 different attendees.

The 2026 line-up's headline names included Myke Towers, María Becerra, Ana Mena, Delaossa, Dimitri Vegas, Omar Montes, Cali y El Dandee, JC Reyes, RVFV and Juan Magán. The edition debuted two drone shows over the main stage, one after Myke Towers' concert and another before Dimitri Vegas' closing set. The full Arenal Sound 2026 stage times remain available as a reference for how the programme was spread out.

Sales for 2026 ran very close to the summer: in June, the general pass was listed as 89% sold, the VIP at 96% and the Dream VIP was sold out. Day tickets went on sale from €40, and were the only ticket type with which minors could attend. For those arriving by car, Burriana provided around 22,000 parking spaces with shuttles to the concerts, an operation we covered in detail in our guide to Arenal Sound 2026 parking and shuttles. All these conditions relate to 2026 and may change for the next edition.
