Sidonie

Sidonie are a Barcelona trio formed in 1997 by Marc Ros (vocals and guitar), Jes Senra (bass) and Axel Pi (drums). Winning a young performers' competition in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat opened the door to Bip Bip Records, where they released their self-titled debut in 2001. Their sound has its roots in indie rock and psychedelia and gradually shifted towards pop rock with punchy choruses: «Carreteras infinitas», from El peor grupo del mundo (2016), made the top 10 of Los 40. In 2025 they released Catalan Graffiti, their twelfth album and the first recorded entirely in Catalan.

Sidonie appears in the line-ups of 8 festivals in ModoFestival's calendar. Next date: Purple Weekend (León), 4–7 Dec 2026.
