About the festival
Río Verbena Fest will hold its fifth edition on 21 and 22 August 2026 in the outdoor area of the Recinto Ferial de Pontevedra. The festival has completed its line-up with new additions and a day-by-day split that lets you choose between a more pop and indie night on Friday and a hugely popular Saturday with Love of Lesbian, Carlos Ares and León Benavente.
Line-up by day
- Friday 21 August: Siloé, La La Love You, Sidonie, Luis Fercán, Sarria, Cora, Müntrails, Apolo 18 and Señora DJ.
- Saturday 22 August: Love of Lesbian, Carlos Ares, Sanguijuelas del Guadiana, León Benavente, Yoly Saa, Los Acebos, French Riviera and Sergio El Indio DJ.
Tickets and venue
Festival passes remain on sale on the official website, and day tickets are being released with limited availability. The outdoor area of the Recinto Ferial allows the festival to keep an urban scale, with easy connections to Pontevedra and a straightforward option for visitors looking for accommodation in the city or around the Rías Baixas.
Tips for festival-goers
Saturday looks set to be the day with the highest demand, as Love of Lesbian play one of their last dates before the break announced by the band. For those who would rather spread things out, Friday offers an interesting balance between Siloé, La La Love You, Sidonie and several Galician or emerging acts.
How to plan the weekend
Río Verbena Fest takes place at an urban venue, which makes organising the trip simple. The city of Pontevedra offers accommodation, places to eat and short journeys, which is particularly useful for those choosing just one day. Friday has a more pop and indie feel; Saturday brings together some of the most in-demand names.
The Rías Baixas area lets you extend the trip with beaches, food and nearby visits, but hotel availability can get tight in August. Booking in advance is advisable if you want to stay in Pontevedra or in nearby towns.
