La Paloma

A Madrid trio made up of Lucas Sierra, Nico Yubero and Juan Rojo, with a sound halfway between the rock of The Strokes and the pop of Los Planetas. They debuted in late 2021 with an EP on the La Castanya label, featuring songs such as ‘Una idea, pero es triste’ and ‘Ya está’, and in February 2023 released their first album, ‘Todavía no’. ‘Un golpe de suerte’ (2025), their second full-length, has a more rock-driven sound and revolves around personal stories in which their label pointed to a certain generational resignation.

La Paloma appears in the line-ups of 4 festivals in ModoFestival's calendar. Next date: Let's Festival (L'Hospitalet de Llobregat), 23 Jan – 13 Mar 2027.
