Hey Kid

Hey Kid is the project of Barcelona musician Santi Vancells, who works in intimate, folk-rooted pop. In 2021 he released his first song in Spanish, ‘qué tal te va??’, and in 2024 he recorded ‘Los lugares donde irás’ with Malmö 040. That same year he released his first album, ‘A nuevos lugares’, on Acqustic: nine songs written over two years and produced with Joan Isern, including ‘Noche de San Juan’ and ‘Lo que haga falta’, with Besmaya and Inazio. In 2026 he presented ‘Bienvenidos a nuevos lugares’, which closes the chapter that began with his debut.
