About the festival

Boombastic Asturias 2027 will take place from Thursday 15 to Saturday 17 July 2027 in Llanera. The 2026 edition had been billed as The Last Dance, the festival's farewell to Spain, but the organisers changed course in September and the official website is now entirely devoted to 2027, with festival passes, day tickets and a camping area. What does not yet exist is a line-up.

Boombastic Asturias 2027 dates: 15 to 17 July in Llanera

The festival will have three days of concerts: Thursday 15, Friday 16 and Saturday 17 July 2027. It repeats the Thursday-to-Saturday format of 2026, when it ran from 16 to 18 July, and keeps its mid-July slot in the Asturian calendar.

The camping area will open before the concert site: from Tuesday 13 July at 12:00 until Sunday 18 July at 12:00, allowing those travelling from outside Asturias to arrive two days before the first concert.

The official website places the edition in Llanera, without yet specifying the site or publishing the map. Previous editions were held around the La Morgal aerodrome, in the same municipality.

Why Boombastic is returning to Asturias after The Last Dance

In July 2026, Boombastic said goodbye to Spain with an edition framed as the last dance, with its promoter pointing to an oversupply of festivals and rising artist fees as pressures on the model. We covered that context in Boombastic's farewell and the pressure on festivals. Less than two months later, the brand announced its return to Llanera for 2027 while also moving forward with projects in Miami and Buenos Aires. The Asturian event is not only staying on the calendar: it is set to be bigger, as we explained in the news story on Boombastic's return to Asturias in 2027 and its first passes.

What programme the 2027 edition promises

The organisers speak of a festival with capacity for up to 100,000 people and ten stages. The official website previews the musical strands: urban, pop and reggaeton, a line of its own performances under the name Boombastic Exclusives and a bigger push into electronic music, with tech house and hard techno. On top of that there will be brand stages, a funfair and a circus within the site.

The capacity figure is a planned capacity, not actual attendance. For reference, during the 2026 edition the information released from Llanera spoke of more than 30,000 attendees a day. Moving to a scale that the organisers themselves describe as that of the biggest festival in Spain will require a site, access routes and transport that have not yet been explained.

No artists have been confirmed for 2027. The names appearing on old posters belong to The Last Dance or to earlier editions.

Boombastic Asturias 2027 passes and tickets

Sales opened on 15 September 2026 at 12:00, with a first batch of 10,000 passes advertised from 10 euros per day. That formula spreads the price of the cheapest pass across the three days; it does not mean there are one-day tickets for 10 euros.

The official Boombastic website lists these options, which are sold through Enterticket:

  • General Pass: access to all three days, without VIP or Frontstage areas.
  • VIP Pass: priority entry and raised VIP areas with their own bars and toilets at the main stage.
  • Frontstage Pass: priority entry and a reserved front-row space at the main stage.
  • Platinum Pass: combines the VIP and Frontstage benefits.
  • Day tickets for Thursday 15, Friday 16 or Saturday 17 July.
  • Packs with camping area for each type of pass.

As of 14 October 2026, the official website does not publish prices and its purchase link does not lead to any product page, so neither the current prices nor the availability of the launch batch are confirmed. The price that counts is the total including fees shown before you pay.

The conditions published for 2027 state that tickets are registered to a named holder: there are 20 days from purchase to assign a name free of charge, after which the process costs 12.50 euros. You can pay with the Bono Cultural Joven up to 200 euros. According to the sales announcement, the cancellation insurance offered with the passes is managed by the insurer ingood by Reale, with its own cover, limits and exclusions. Official resale is handled through Rebel Tickets, and PMR or APMR passes for people with reduced mobility are requested by writing to the organisers after buying a general pass.

How Boombastic Asturias 2026 went

The The Last Dance edition took place from 16 to 18 July 2026 in Llanera. Its line-up brought together María Becerra, Hijos de la Ruina, Saiko, Luck Ra, Chanel, JC Reyes, Yung Beef, Juan Magán, YSY A and Kidd Keo, among many other names from Spanish and Latin American urban music, spread across the festival's different worlds.

The site opened each day at 17:30. There were shuttle buses from Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés with return tickets from 9 euros, long-distance routes with Alsa and limited official parking. The practical guide to Boombastic Asturias 2026 sets out how wristbands, buses and parking worked that year; 2027 services may change in price and organisation.
