Mujeres

Barcelona trio formed in 2007 by film students from ESCAC, with Yago Alcover on vocals and guitar, Pol Rodellar on bass and, since 2016, Arnau Sanz on drums. They started out with lo-fi garage rock sung in English on records such as «Soft Gems» (2012) and «Marathon» (2015), and in 2017 they switched to Spanish with «Un sentimiento importante», by then on Sonido Muchacho. With «Siento muerte» (2020) they honed a guitar-driven pop with disenchanted lyrics, and in 2023 they released the double album «Desde flores y entrañas».

Mujeres appears in the line-ups of 4 festivals in ModoFestival's calendar.
