Vanesa Martín

Vanesa Martín is a singer-songwriter from Málaga, born in 1980, who was performing in venues in Málaga from the age of 15 and moved to Madrid at the end of 2003. Her Latin pop, written between the guitar and the piano, reached record with Agua (2006). With Crónica de un baile (2014) she reached number 1 in the Spanish sales chart, and Munay (2016) went platinum. She has written songs for India Martínez, María Toledo and Pastora Soler, and in 2020 she received the Medalla de Andalucía. In 2025 she released Casa mía, featuring a duet with Joaquín Sabina.
