About the festival
Los Conciertos de la Muralla 2027 has no dates or artists announced yet. The Huerta del Obispo series in Alcalá de Henares closed its ninth edition on 26 September with Muralla Indie, and its website still shows the 2026 programme, with each date marked as a past event.
What we know about Los Conciertos de la Muralla 2027
The organiser, Emotional Concerts, has not yet published any dates, names or ticket sales for next summer. The website still displays a ‘tickets on sale’ banner, but lists no 2027 concerts.
Recent editions do point to the time of year. In 2024 the programme ran from 28 August to 28 September; in 2025, from 23 August to 20 September; and in 2026, from 22 August to 26 September, always between late August and late September. No 2027 dates have been confirmed, and in the past the series has also held concerts in June and July, as in 2021.
In 2026, announcements came months in advance. Muralla Indie unveiled its first 2026 artists in late December 2025, and Muralla Urbana went on sale on 29 January.
A series of standalone nights, not a festival with a pass
Each concert has its own ticket, schedule and conditions. A ticket for Vanesa Martín is not valid for Lola Índigo or for the themed nights, and there is no season pass. The exception is Muralla Indie, which works as a small two-day festival within the series, with its own website, passes and day tickets.
The line-up appeals to two audiences. On the one hand, solo concerts by pop and singer-songwriter artists with large followings, such as Vanesa Martín, Lola Índigo, Sergio Dalma or Isabel Pantoja, and rock veterans such as Loquillo, Robe or M Clan. On the other, themed nights that return year after year: Muralla Camp (party pop and nostalgia), Muralla Urbana (urban and R&B) and Muralla Indie. The series received nine nominations at the Iberian Festival Awards 2026, in categories such as format, venue and audience experience.
The Huerta del Obispo, inside the walled precinct
All the concerts take place at the Huerta del Obispo, an open-air space within the walled precinct of the Palacio Arzobispal in Alcalá de Henares, right in the historic centre. In 2026 it had an artificial grass standing area, open-access stands until full capacity, a platform for people with reduced mobility and two VIP options: a standing terrace and boxes with waiter service.
To get back to Madrid in the early hours, the organiser points to the N202 night bus (Alcalá-Torrejón-San Fernando-Madrid). In 2026 there were also return shuttle buses, run by Divertis en Vivo, for the two nights of Muralla Indie only.
Some of the 2026 rules are worth knowing before buying for 2027, although they may change. Children aged up to 3 got in free. Under-16s had to be accompanied by an adult with a ticket in the same section. Tickets were not issued in the holder's name, except for reduced-price tickets for registered residents of Alcalá, which required a DNI or a certificate of municipal registration at the entrance.
Reference prices: what the series cost in 2026
As each night is sold separately, there is no single price and the differences are considerable. Muralla Pop Fest, a night of tribute acts, went on sale at €6 (€4 for Alcalá residents). At Muralla Indie, the general pass started at €60 and reached €75 in its final price tier, the day ticket rose from €50 to €55, and the VIP and Super VIP passes reached €165 and €250, fees included.
Purchases on the official website accepted the Bono Cultural Joven and payment in three instalments for amounts from €50, and some purchases included free non-attendance insurance.
How Los Conciertos de la Muralla 2026 went
The ninth edition brought together these dates:
- 22 August: Loquillo, with Ciclonautas and La Gripe y Tú.
- 27 August: Muralla Pop Fest, with tributes to Estopa, Pereza and Leiva, and El Canto del Loco. It filled the date left free by Beret's cancellation, as we reported in the Muralla Pop Fest announcement.
- 28 August: Muralla Camp, with Fangoria, Chenoa and Nancys Rubias.
- 29 August: Vanesa Martín.
- 5 September: Lola Índigo.
- 11 September: Valeria Castro.
- 18 September: M Clan, followed by a Fiesta Dabuti after-party.
- 19 September: Muralla Urbana, with Lucho RK and Raúl Clyde among its names, which went on sale in January.
- 25 and 26 September: Muralla Indie, with Love of Lesbian, Lori Meyers, La La Love You and Xoel López, among others. The Muralla Indie 2026 stage times set out the running order of the ten performances.
Once the season was under way, the most significant loss was Miguel Ríos, scheduled for 12 September. The organiser cancelled the concert the day before for health reasons: the singer was recovering from a lung infection after having COVID-19. Tickets bought online were refunded automatically within a maximum of 15 working days, and those bought at physical outlets were refunded at the same outlet. No alternative date was announced.
