About the festival
Granada 100% Mujer has not yet announced its 2027 edition. The festival, directed by Amparo Sánchez, held its sixth edition on 3 October 2026 at the Teatro CajaGranada and, for now, there is no date, venue or line-up for the next one. Even the time of year is unclear: the festival used to take place around 8 March, and in 2026 it moved to the autumn.
What we know about Granada 100% Mujer 2027
As of 14 October 2026, the website of the Asociación Cultural Revivir la Azucarera, which organises the festival, only carries information about the edition that has already taken place. There is no date, venue, artists or tickets for 2027, and ticket sales for 2026 are no longer active.
The calendar is the main unknown. For years the festival was scheduled in March, around International Women's Day; in 2026 it moved to October and returned to a full-day format. The organisers have not said whether they will keep this change, so it cannot be taken for granted that the next edition will come in March or in the autumn.
A multidisciplinary festival centred on music
Granada 100% Mujer programmes women creators exclusively. Music takes centre stage, but the day also includes dance, poetry, literature, fashion, visual arts, workshops and a craft market. The approach is not limited to those who take to the stage: the festival also aims to give visibility to women technicians, producers, designers and communicators, the work that does not appear on the line-up.
Behind it is Revivir la Azucarera, a platform of cultural professionals from Granada campaigning for the restoration of the Azucarera de San Isidro, a building protected as a Site of Cultural Interest. Its coordinator and spokesperson is Amparo Sánchez, leader of Amparanoia, who serves as festival director.
The line-up usually combines veteran names with emerging artists and leaves room for the Granada scene. In 2025 it featured Mercedes Ferrer and Christina Rosenvinge alongside Las Hijas de la Cumbia and local artists such as Virginias; in 2026, Vinila Von Bismark, Main Costa and LaOtra. No names have been announced for 2027.
Venues and prices at recent editions
The festival has changed venue several times. In 2022 it was held at the Palacio de Quinta Alegre with the support of the Equality department of Granada City Council. The 2024 edition was planned outdoors in the plaza de la Libertad on 9 and 10 March, but it was cancelled because of the bad weather forecast and its tickets remained valid for the following year. Since 2025 it has been held at the Teatro CajaGranada on the avenida de la Ciencia. No venue has been confirmed for 2027.
For reference, general admission in 2025 started at €25 and in 2026 at €28, according to the information published at the time. These are prices from past editions and the next one may set different ones.
How Granada 100% Mujer 2026 went
The sixth edition took place on Saturday 3 October 2026 at the Teatro CajaGranada. The music programme brought together Vinila Von Bismark, billed with a DJ set, Main Costa, LaOtra, Tere!, Carmen Bumpin, Blanca La Almendrita, Melodie Gimard and Aroa Fernández Flamenloop, a crossover of singer-songwriter music, electronica, flamenco and club culture.
The parallel programme included fashion shows, poetry, workshops, face painting, food and drink, and an exhibition of painting and illustration with works by Lara Kaló, María Die and Iris Serrano, among other women creators. The edition also announced sign-language-interpreted concerts, vibrating backpacks for people with hearing impairments and a neuro-friendly space, measures we covered when presenting the Granada 100% Mujer 2026 programme.
