In short
- Lunátikko 90s will be back in 2027, but the organisers have not yet announced a date, venue, line-up or price: their website simply says they are already preparing the edition.
- The debut on 17 October drew more than 6,500 people, according to the organisers, on a sold-out day at the Recinto Ferial.
- The second stage was a tribute to Albacete's nightlife, with DJs linked to clubs such as Roxy, Alcatraz, Style of Sound and Metropole.
- If you want to go in 2027, it is worth keeping an eye out from now on: in 2026 general admission cost €49.99 plus fees, and both ticket allocations sold out.
The first edition of Lunátikko 90s will not be a one-off. Two days after filling the Recinto Ferial de Albacete on Saturday 17 October, the organisers have confirmed the 2027 edition and put a figure on their debut: more than 6,500 people, according to their data, on a day that had already sold out.
What happened in 2026, including the line-up and the stage times for both stages, is still available on the Lunátikko 90s festival page.
Lunátikko 90s 2027: confirmed, but still without a date
The news of its return has come through two channels. The round-up statement the organisers sent out on Monday speaks of a 2027 edition that is “already under way”, and the festival's official website has changed its message to a brief “Ya estamos preparando Lunatikko 2027” (“We are already preparing Lunatikko 2027”). Neither channel gives any further details.
There is no date, it is not known whether the Recinto Ferial will be used again, and there are no clues about the line-up or the price. The organisers attribute the return to the public's response and to the people who, they explain, missed out on tickets.
More than 6,500 people at the debut, according to the organisers
The figure comes from the organisers, who have not detailed the venue's final capacity or how the count was made. What is documented is how ticket sales unfolded: Lunátikko 90s was announced for the Caseta de los Jardinillos, sold out that initial capacity in June and moved to the Recinto Ferial to release a new allocation, which also sold out.
According to the organisers, doors opened at 15:00 and the music went on for more than eight hours, until 00:30. On the main stage, short sets from Tina Cousins, ICE MC, Netzwerk, Kate Ryan and Sylver alternated with sets from the Dream Team (Toni Peret and Quique Tejada) and Raúl Antón and Vizcaíno DJ, with DJ Neil closing the night. The exact hour-by-hour schedule is in our Lunátikko 90s stage times guide.

El Templete, a tribute to the clubs of Albacete's nightlife
The most local part of the festival was on the second stage. The venue's Templete was turned into the Roxy-Guitar Club, with DJs the organisers associate with historic Albacete clubs: Javi MtM (Roxy), Raúl C (Alcatraz), Chus S.O.S. (Style of Sound) and efe+efe (Metropole), alongside Modesto Colorado, Mariah Djay and Alfre Djay.
That stage is what sets Lunátikko apart from other 90s parties. The international names on the main stage are regulars at 90s parties all over Spain; a programme dedicated to the city's own DJ booths is hard to transplant anywhere else. We reported on it when the second stage was announced, and now the organisers highlight it as one of the most applauded moments of the day.
What to bear in mind if you want to go in 2027
For now there is nothing to buy. For reference, general admission in 2026 cost €49.99 plus €5 in fees, with a drink included during the first hour, and VIP cost €60 plus €6, with its own area, more drinks and priority entry. The organisers have not said whether they will keep those prices or the single-day format.
What the first edition does make clear is that tickets can sell quickly: the first allocation sold out months in advance and the second, released after the change of venue, also sold out. The two channels the festival has used to announce allocations, changes and stage times are its website and its Instagram account; when there is a date or tickets for 2027, they will also appear on the festival page.
