Besmaya

Pop duo formed by Javier Echávarri and Javier Ojanguren, friends since the age of three, who started out in 2020 as a digital band with songs recorded in a flat in Pamplona, including “Cuerda auxiliar”. After signing with Sony, they released their first EP in 2022, produced by Paco Salazar, followed in 2024 by their debut album, Nuevos lemas, which was preceded by songs with Sidonie, Yarea and Nsqk. They describe their own style as “laid-back pop”: songs about everyday life that blend guitars, synths, and organic and electronic elements.

Besmaya appears in the line-ups of 6 festivals in ModoFestival's calendar. Next date: Caudal Fest (Lugo), 17–18 Sep 2027.
