About the festival
Bigsound Pontevedra 2026 has already taken place. Here you can check the dates, line-up and practical information for that edition.
Bigsound Pontevedra 2026 now has a fairly well-defined edition for 17 and 18 July at Parque de Tafisa. Following the festival's successful debut in the city, the event once again opts for a very clear mix of mainstream pop, urban music and artists with huge pulling power among young audiences, a formula that makes a lot of sense within the busy stretch of July in Galicia.
The edition is no longer in uncertain territory: there are dates, passes on sale, a published line-up and a day-by-day breakdown. If you are planning your summer in the north-west, it may be worth checking out the festivals in Galicia and the July calendar.
Dates confirmed for July
Bigsound Pontevedra took place on 17 and 18 July 2026. The event thus holds a very strong position in the height of summer, with a two-day format aimed both at local audiences and at visitors travelling to Pontevedra specifically for the line-up.
Bigsound Pontevedra 2026 line-up
The artists already announced include David Bisbal, María Becerra, Ana Mena, Nathy Peluso, Juan Magán, Luck Ra, Beret, Besmaya, Nil Moliner, Natalia Lacunza, Mafalda Cardenal, Lucho RK, Despistaos, Rager and LG1DO.
Day-by-day breakdown now available
The schedule published by the festival places David Bisbal as one of the main draws on Friday 17, while María Becerra and Ana Mena carry a lot of weight on Saturday 18. This breakdown helps make better sense of an edition very much designed for mass-market summer pop and urban music.
An ambitious second edition
Bigsound is thus once again aiming for large attendance figures in Pontevedra and a very recognisable profile: hugely successful artists, urban songs, strong radio hits and a venue capable of accommodating a large crowd. With the line-up, dates and ticket sales all in place, the 2026 edition stands on fairly clear footing.
