Candil Rock

Candil Rock Huércal de Almería 2026 has already taken place. Here you can check the dates, line-up and practical information for that edition.

Candil Rock 2026 will return to Huércal de Almería on 27 June with another free-entry night and a highly recognisable identity within the province's rock calendar. The event reaches its 38th edition, a fact that on its own explains the festival's historical weight within the local scene.

The format remains that of a big open-air community night, built largely on a mix of veteran acts, an international name and ties to the Almería scene. To place it better within the month, you may find it useful to check the June listings and the festivals in Andalusia.

Date, times and venue

The festival took place on Saturday 27 June 2026 from 21:00 in the car park area of the Teatro Multiusos in Huércal de Almería. Entry will once again be free.

One of the great rock nights of the Almería summer

The 2026 edition once again mixes Spanish rock, British rhythm and blues and the local scene. That combination goes a long way to explaining why Candil Rock continues to work as a cross-generational and highly recognisable event within the province's music calendar.
