About the festival
El Tajo, un río de música was a one-night festival held in Toledo on 20 June 2025, with Melendi and Pole as headliners, at the La Peraleda fairground. It is the only edition on record: no edition has been announced for 2026 or 2027.
The last known edition: June 2025
The festival was launched in 2025 as a new event in the city, with a family-friendly pop line-up headed by Melendi, one of the country's most popular singer-songwriters since the 2000s, and Pole. The rest of the night featured Colectivo Panamera, DJ Taao and Diego Hidalgo.
Tickets started at around €46, according to concert listings. The date, the Friday after Corpus Christi, placed it within the festivities during which the fairground hosts many of the city's big concerts.
What is known about the festival today
In 2026, La Peraleda was once again filled with music around Corpus Christi, but under other brands and in other formats. Between 29 May and 7 June, the venue hosted Hit Corpus, a rock night with Mägo de Oz, LOS40 Pop Toledo Corpus, Dani Martín, Hijos de la Ruina and Radiolé Corpus Toledo. El Tajo was not part of that programme and there is no record of it being held on another date that year.
Nor has a second edition been announced for 2027. There are no tickets on sale, and everything published about the festival relates to its 2025 edition.
