About the festival

Festival Gigante will hold its twelfth edition from 27 to 29 August in Guadalajara. The event returns to the Explanada Municipal del Paseo del Ocio with a free opening day and two paid days headlined by La M.O.D.A., Belén Aguilera, Ginebras and Zahara Rave.

The day-by-day line-up makes it easier to decide which ticket to buy. Thursday serves as a free opening, Friday brings together much of the guitar-driven music and Saturday broadens the range towards pop, electronic music and names designed for a festive finale.

Thursday 27 will be free

The Gigante Summer Party will open the festival with free entry until capacity is reached. Thursday's line-up includes La Cabra Mecánica, Ángel Stanich, Ángela González, Calequi y Las Panteras, Comandante Twin, Estrogenuinas, La Niña Paracaídas, Tere!, KOV and Chinches.

Free entry does not mean you can turn up at any time with a guaranteed place. The organisers recommend arriving in good time, as entry will depend on the capacity available.

Prices, venue and tickets

Doors for the paid days will open at 18:30. The venue will be the Explanada Municipal del Paseo del Ocio in Guadalajara.

The official Festival Gigante ticket sales list the general pass at €40 and Friday or Saturday tickets at €30, with booking fees included. The pass is exchanged for a wristband that allows you to enter and leave the venue; Thursday requires no ticket while capacity remains.

You can also check the Festival Gigante tickets available at El Corte Inglés. ModoFestival may receive a commission if you buy through this link, at no extra cost to you.

Children under eight can enter free of charge, although those accompanying them should check the documentation and conditions published by the festival before travelling.

How to plan your visit to Guadalajara

The free Thursday may reach capacity, while doors open at 18:30 on Friday and Saturday. The Explanada del Paseo del Ocio has good connections from Madrid, but accommodation and return travel should be booked well in advance for the last weekend of August.

With artists alternating across stages, it is advisable to save the official timetable and check for any changes on the day. Free entry is announced for children under eight, subject to the accompaniment and documentation conditions published by the festival.

Information reviewed on 25 August 2026.
