About the festival
Negrita Music Festival Santander 2026 will take place on Thursday 27 and Friday 28 August at Exterior Virgen del Mar. The fifth edition arrives with the line-up split by day and a mix of urban pop, electronic music, rap and reggaeton headlined by Juan Magán and Ana Mena.
The festival runs over two consecutive nights next to Virgen del Mar beach and offers general festival passes, VIP options and day tickets. Before buying, it is worth double-checking the day you choose, because the two headliners perform on different dates.

Tickets and passes for Negrita Music Festival
The organisers run an official ticket page for Santander. As an authorised alternative, you can buy the two-day general pass from El Corte Inglés. This product gives access to the general area on 27 and 28 August and is exchanged for a wristband.
ModoFestival may receive a commission if you buy through this link, at no extra cost to you. The sales channel also lists day tickets and VIP options. Make sure you choose the exact product and check the terms before paying, because the purchase is final and a day ticket is not valid for both days.
Venue: Exterior Virgen del Mar
The festival is set up at Exterior Virgen del Mar, at calle Virgen del Mar, 60, Santander. It is an open-air space near the coast and away from the city centre, so getting there needs to be part of your planning. It is advisable to check the transport updates from the organisers and the city council before setting off, especially if shuttle buses, road closures or dedicated parking areas are announced.
Opening times are still listed as awaiting confirmation on the sales channel reviewed. For that reason, any time found for previous editions should not be taken as valid. The correct reference will always be the 2026 announcement published by the organisers.
Access for minors and wristbands
Everyone needs a ticket. Under-16s must be accompanied and present the relevant authorisation; those aged 16 or 17 can attend unaccompanied but also need the signed authorisation. It is advisable to have your documents ready to avoid problems at the entrance checks.
The pass is converted into a wristband when exchanged. From that moment on, the wristband is your entry ticket and must not be removed, swapped or show signs of tampering. VIP options include their own perks, so their conditions should be checked on the specific product and not assumed to apply to the general pass.
One of the last big urban music events of August
Negrita Santander holds a recognisable place at the close of the Cantabrian summer. Its two-day format allows for two distinct musical atmospheres without losing continuity, and its location next to Virgen del Mar gives it a different character from urban festivals held in enclosed venues.
Information checked on 21 August 2026 with Negrita Music Festival and Santander's municipal programme.
