Festivals in Cáceres

In the province of Cáceres, the season gets under way in spring. Extremúsika, a rock and metal festival, is held at the Recinto Hípico de Cáceres between April and May, and WOMAD usually arrives in May with electronic music, jazz and world music. In autumn, Cáceres Underground Weekend blends rock and indie in October.
