About the festival
Our Fest does not yet have a date, line-up or tickets for 2027. Its fifth edition took place on Saturday 19 September 2026 at Expourense, with The Jesus and Mary Chain, The Dream Syndicate and Fat Dog, and the organisers have not yet announced whether there will be a sixth or when it would be.
What is clear is the model it has built in Ourense: a single day indoors, one stage and a line-up that brings together historic names of alternative rock with bands of the present.
What we know about Our Fest 2027
For now, nothing official. The festival's website still shows the 2026 information and there are no sales open on ourfest.gal or Ataquilla for a new edition.
The recent calendar does offer a clue, though not a date: the last two editions fell on a Saturday in September, 27 September 2025 and 19 September 2026. When it presented the 2025 edition, the organisers spoke of establishing the festival as an event every September. That is an intention, not an announcement for 2027.
It should not be confused with Ouren Sound Fest, a different festival held at the end of May in the province of Ourense.
One day, one stage and no clashes
Our Fest's identity lies in its format. The concerts follow one another on a single stage, with no timetable clashes, so anyone who arrives early can see the full line-up. In 2026 there were six concerts between 17:30 and the early hours, with a DJ linking the changeovers between bands.
Expourense (Finca Sevilla, s/n, Ourense) has been the venue for the latest editions. As it is an indoor space, late-September rain does not affect the day.
As a price reference, tickets cost €40 plus fees in both 2025 and 2026. At the last edition, under-16s got in free with a signed authorisation and a responsible adult, while 16- and 17-year-olds needed a ticket and an authorisation. These are the 2026 conditions: those for a future edition have not been published.
A cult line-up with a new generation
The festival books international acts that do not always come to Galicia and combines them with names from the Spanish scene. In 2025 it brought together Happy Mondays, Mercury Rev, Kruder & Dorfmeister in DJ set format, León Benavente, Viva Belgrado and Dream Nails: from Madchester to post-hardcore and closing electronica.
In 2026 it repeated the formula with more emphasis on guitars. That balance between key bands of the eighties and young acts, rather than any specific genre, is what defines its line-up.
How Our Fest 2026 went
The doors of Expourense opened at 17:00 and the running order for the day was as follows:
- 17:30 Germán Salto
- 18:45 Triángulo de Amor Bizarro
- 20:15 The Dream Syndicate
- 21:45 The Mystery Lights
- 23:15 The Jesus and Mary Chain
- 01:00 Fat Dog
The organisers put attendance at more than 3,000 people. According to the organisers, The Dream Syndicate played their only Spanish show of the year there, and Fat Dog their first concert in Galicia. One of the most talked-about moments came with Isa Cea, who had played earlier with Triángulo de Amor Bizarro and later joined The Jesus and Mary Chain on stage for Sometimes Always and Just Like Honey.
