Els Amics de les Arts

Els Amics de les Arts are a Catalan-language pop group formed in Barcelona in 2005, with touches of electronica and lyrics about everyday situations full of irony and wordplay. After two demos and Castafiore Cabaret (2008), their breakthrough came with Bed & Breakfast (2009), a gold record that earned them the Premi Cerverí and ten Enderrock awards and whose tour totalled 123 shows. They went on to release Espècies per catalogar (2012), which reached number four in the Spanish sales chart, Només d'entrar hi ha sempre el dinosaure (2014) and Un estrany poder (2017), by then with Sony.

Els Amics de les Arts appears in the line-ups of 3 festivals in ModoFestival's calendar.
