In short

  1. Figa Flawas go on at 21:10 and The Tyets at 22:45, in a single marquee with no clashes, between doors opening at 16:30 and closing at 5:30.
  2. Tickets are still available, with 70% of capacity sold: general admission costs €48, and last year all 10,000 sold out.
  3. The community calçotada runs from 13:00 to 15:00 and is paid for separately, at €15 plus fees, with 12 PGI calçots, butifarra sausage and dessert.
  4. A free municipal bus links the bus station with the venue, and re-entry is only allowed until 00:30.

Valls once again opens the calçotada season with a marathon of Catalan-language music. On Saturday 21 November, the second edition of Calçofest brings together at the Esplanada del Fornàs Figa Flawas, who end their tour there, The Tyets, Els Pets, Els Amics de les Arts and 31 FAM, among others, for thirteen hours under a 5,000-square-metre marquee. The festival has already published the time of each performance.

Calçofest 2026 stage times

The whole line-up plays on a single stage, one after another, so there is no need to choose between concerts:

  • 16:30 · Doors open
  • 17:00 · Maria Jaume
  • 18:10 · Els Amics de les Arts
  • 19:35 · Els Pets
  • 21:10 · Figa Flawas
  • 22:45 · The Tyets
  • 00:20 · 31 FAM
  • 01:55 · Malifeta
  • 03:15 · Coco
  • 04:20 · DJ Trapella
  • 05:30 · Close

The night has two halves. Until nine o'clock, classic Catalan-language pop and rock takes centre stage, with Els Amics de les Arts and Els Pets following Maria Jaume. From then on comes the more urban block: the Figa Flawas concert is the last of their «L'Última Arrencada» tour and the first in which the duo play with a band, followed by The Tyets and the trap of 31 FAM. Malifeta, Coco and DJ Trapella close in the early hours.

Tickets: €48 and 70% sold

Official sales are on Enterticket, which the festival website redirects to. Current prices are:

  • General admission: €48. It was launched in June at €45 plus fees and has gone up in tiers.
  • Ages 6 to 12: €15, with DNI or family record book.
  • Ages 0 to 5: €2, a token price to count capacity and cover the wristband.

On 6 November the festival's homepage showed 70% of capacity sold. Last year, on its debut, all 10,000 tickets sold out and demand forced it to move to the Fornàs, so it is best not to leave buying until the last day. There is a 10% discount with the Carnet Jove, the Bono Cultural Joven is accepted and tickets are not name-specific. Under-16s need an authorisation signed by a guardian.

Community calçotada and daytime programme

The festival starts before the concerts. From 13:00 to 15:00, the car park of the Cooperativa Agrícola de Valls hosts the community calçotada: 1,500 servings with 12 PGI calçots, sauce, butifarra sausage, bread, potatoes, dessert and water, for €15 plus fees with a separate ticket, with a bar service.

At the same time, Calçofest Matí fills the Plaza del Pati with free activities: the Colla Joves and the Colla Vella dels Xiquets de Valls perform, the Gegant del Calçot, the Mulassa, the Ball de Gitanes and the capgrossos come out, and there is a children's show by El Pony Menut. The detailed schedule for this part has not yet been published.

Getting to the Fornàs and parking

The venue is in the Fornàs neighbourhood, next to passeig President Tarradellas. The official map shows 16 car parks and the whole nearby industrial estate works as free parking. A free municipal bus links the bus station, the venue and Sala RedStar; in 2025 it ran from 16:00 to 19:00 and from 0:00 to 5:00, roughly every 35 minutes, and this year's timetable has not yet been published. The festival also announced an official return bus from Barcelona, departing at 14:30, which depends on reaching a minimum number of seats.

Rules worth knowing

  • Re-entry: allowed until 00:30; after that, anyone who leaves cannot get back in.
  • Payment: only with the cashless wristband, which can be topped up in cash, by card or by QR. Any remaining balance can be claimed from 24 November to 1 December on the festival website.
  • Food and drink: food can be brought in, but no drinks, not even water; there are free water points inside.
  • You must bring your DNI, smoking is not allowed inside the marquee and there is a reserved area for people with reduced mobility and one companion.

Calçofest arrives at the date as a nominee at the Premis ARC 2026 for best programming at a medium and large-format festival, alongside Cap Roig, Les Nits Occident and Ítaca; the ceremony is on 24 November in Tarragona. All the festival information is on the Calçofest page, and other plans in the area in festivals in Tarragona.
