Empordà Music Festival

Empordà Music Festival is the summer festival of La Bisbal d'Empordà: two nights of pop, rock and partying in Catalan, organised by Els Voltors, an association of local volunteers, in the car park on Passeig Marimon Asprer. The 2027 edition will take place on Friday 23 and Saturday 24 July, and passes are already on sale with the first three names: 31 FAM, Els Catarres and Mushkaa.

First artists for 2027

The festival has opened sales with a preview of three names, with no days assigned yet. They sum up its two sides well: Els Catarres, a veteran band of festive Catalan-language pop, and two names from the urban scene, the trap of 31 FAM and the rapper Mushkaa. The rest of the line-up and the day-by-day breakdown will be announced later.

Tickets for Empordà Music Festival 2027

There are two official channels: the festival website and Enterticket. First-phase prices are:

• 2-day pass: €50 plus fees.
• 2-day pass for under-12s: €40, with DNI.
• Under-2s: free, with a ticket downloaded from the website.
• Day tickets: €30 on the festival website, which on 6 November listed them as sold out for this phase; they are not sold on Enterticket.

The Bono Cultural Joven is accepted. The pass is personal and non-transferable and comes with a wristband. There are no exchanges or refunds unless the organisers cancel the festival.

Dates and times

The festival runs over two afternoons and nights, from 23 July to the early hours of 25 July, closing at 05:00. The opening time differs between channels: the festival website gives 16:00 and Enterticket 17:00. There are no set times per artist yet.

Minors and rules

• Under-16s: must attend with their father, mother, guardian or a designated adult, and bring the signed authorisation form.
• Food and drink: food may be brought in, but not drinks, metal or glass containers, or cutlery other than plastic or cardboard.
• Leaving and returning: re-entry is not permitted on the same day, except for parents who leave to drop off their children.

Previous editions

The festival went from one to two days in its third edition, with a capacity of around 8,500 people, according to El Punt Avui. In 2026, its fifth edition, on 24 and 25 July, it brought together La Gossa Sorda, Joan Dausà, La Pegatina, The Tyets, Nil Moliner, La Fúmiga, Figa Flawas, Els Pets, Buhos, Malifeta and Ginestà, and launched a free day for emerging artists, EMF XS, in June. That line-up is historical and is not part of the 2027 edition.
