Boina Fest

Boina Fest 2026 takes place on Saturday 8 August 2026 in Arenillas (Soria) and retains an identity that is very unusual within the Spanish summer music season: free entry, a small scale and an explicit cause against depopulation in rural, emptied-out Spain.

The 12th edition already has its full line-up and keeps several of its most recognisable features: free camping, space for vans, a community atmosphere and the communal macaroni meal the following day. Activities will begin at 17:00 and continue until around 05:00 on Sunday.

Boina Fest 2026 full line-up

This year's edition brings together Los Niños de los Ojos Rojos, Noiah, Miniño, Naked Eva, Non Gratta, La Fantástica Banda, DJ Moderno, Cía Passabarret and Casa Libélula. The line-up mixes concerts, family programming, circus and an approach closely tied to the local area.

The day will open with family workshops by Casa Libélula and continue with La Fantástica Banda and Passabarret's show Versus before the block of concerts. The organisers have not yet released individual set times for each artist.

Camping and space for vans

Boina Fest keeps its free camping and a van area a few metres from the site, with portable toilets, showers and a water point. Space is limited and must be requested through the official camping or van booking.

The communal macaroni meal on Sunday is also going ahead, although the advance booking period announced ended on 2 August. It is advisable to confirm any later availability directly with the organisers.

Why it is still a different kind of event

Arenillas has barely more than 40 inhabitants and Boina Fest expects to bring together around 1,200 people. It does not operate as a mega-event, nor does it want to look like one: its strength lies in combining music, community and attention to a structural problem such as rural depopulation.
