Galleta Rock Fest 2026 already had a date, a venue and a first batch of names that gave a fairly clear idea of the direction of the next edition. The 29th edition was held on 11 July 2026 at Las Campas Pedro López, in Aguilar de Campoo, and once again puts the Montaña Palentina into the conversation about the festivals in Castile and León with the most rock personality of the summer.

Since March, the festival had an initial line-up base that already gave it a much clearer standing in the July calendar and took it beyond a merely preliminary phase.

What is confirmed for 2026

First bands announced

The organisers have already presented an initial line-up with very recognisable names from Spanish rock and crowd-pulling punk rock:

• El Drogas
• Talco
• Envidia Kotxina
• Sínkope

That block already gives a fairly clear idea of the direction of the edition. There is experience, a popular element, live punch and a mix of urban rock, punk and a combative sound that fits very well with the festival's history. This is not an event that tries to hide its DNA: Galleta Rock continues to bet on names with a long track record and a strong connection with a loyal audience.

What kind of festival Galleta Rock is

Its main strength is the balance between a strong identity and a manageable scale. It does not need dozens of stages or an entire week to justify the trip. Galleta Rock works as a concentrated one-day event, with a very community-minded character and a very close relationship with Aguilar de Campoo. That sets it apart from other July events that are much more spread out or purely tourist-oriented.

The setting also matters. Aguilar makes it possible to turn attending into a weekend getaway, with reasonable access, natural surroundings and a far less impersonal feel than the large coastal venues. For part of the rock audience, that is precisely where much of the appeal lies.

What is still to be announced

Set times, ticket prices, possible new additions to the line-up and venue services are still to be confirmed. But with the date, the venue and four strong names on the table, the 2026 edition is starting to take real shape.
