About the festival
Noches del Botánico Madrid 2026 has already taken place. Here you can check the dates, line-up and practical information for that edition.
Noches del Botánico 2026 will celebrate its tenth anniversary between 3 June and 31 July at the Real Jardín Botánico Alfonso XIII of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. The series arrives with a wide-ranging programme, more than fifty concerts and a mix of legends, current pop, rock, Latin music, jazz, reggae and Spanish song.
The Botánico's strength lies in its format: open-air concerts, a limited capacity, early opening so you can enjoy the venue, and a programme that gives each night its own identity. It does not compete as a mega-festival, but as a collection of special concerts sharing the same atmosphere. Among festivals in Madrid, it holds a particularly recognisable place.

Getting to the Botánico
The Real Jardín Botánico Alfonso XIII is in Madrid's Ciudad Universitaria. The most convenient metro station is usually Ciudad Universitaria, on Line 6, and there are also several bus routes connecting with Moncloa and other parts of the city. On sold-out nights, arriving with time to spare is advisable: entrances and security checks can get very crowded before the start.
If you are driving, check parking and restrictions in the university area. Public transport is usually more convenient for most attendees, especially when leaving. If you are coming from outside Madrid, staying near Moncloa, Chamberí or Argüelles makes getting around much easier.
Accommodation
Madrid offered plenty of options, but the Botánico has one advantage: you don't have to sleep next to the venue. Any area well connected to Line 6 or with quick access to Moncloa can work. Argüelles, Chamberí, Cuatro Caminos, Plaza de España or even the centre are sensible bases if you want to combine a concert with the city.
As the programme runs for almost two months, accommodation prices will depend a great deal on the specific date. If the concert falls on a weekend or features a high-demand international artist, booking early is still your best defence.
Tips
Noches del Botánico is best enjoyed when you arrive without rushing. The venue invites you to get there early, have something to eat, find your spot and experience the concert with a level of comfort rarely found at bigger festivals. Check opening times, entry rules, conditions for minors and any last-minute changes before setting off.
