Riverland

Riverland will hold its seventh edition on 16, 17 and 18 July 2027 at El Valle de la Música, in Arriondas. The Asturian urban music festival is moving its place in the calendar forward by around a month, but is keeping the riverside site that has become a central part of its identity.

Riverland dates and venue

The 2027 edition will take place from Friday 16 to Sunday 18 July. The organisers confirm that it will continue to be held at El Valle de la Música in Arriondas, Asturias. According to the festival, the move from August to July aims to secure more stable weather conditions and a better window for bringing in international talent.

The dates and venue are confirmed, but no timetables, map, specific access details, buses or camping conditions have been published yet for the new edition. This information should be checked once Riverland launches its 2027 practical guide.

The pass gives access to the site on 16, 17 and 18 July. Check the conditions and buy through the official Riverland 2027 ticket sale. Do not assume that camping or transport are included.

Riverland 2027 line-up

The first confirmed artists are La Zowi, MDA, Xiyo y Fernández and Duna. La Zowi and MDA return to the festival; Xiyo y Fernández were not at the previous edition and Duna appears as one of the new acts from Rusia IDK, according to the organisers.

This is a first preview, not the final line-up. The festival says more additions will be announced over the coming weeks. The days, stages and times of each performance have not yet been announced. You can find out more in our news story on Riverland's first confirmed artists and new passes.

How Riverland 2026 went

The previous edition brought together more than 70 artists across three stages and reached a cumulative attendance of 60,000 over the three days, according to the organisers' figures. Riverland kept its focus on urban music, combining established names with a strong presence of emerging artists.

The setting was once again part of the experience: the river, the camping and the social life around the site extended the activity beyond the concerts. This context helps to understand the format, but the 2026 line-up and services should not be assumed to apply in 2027.

What to check before travelling

Before booking transport or accommodation, it is worth confirming on the official website the opening times, the conditions for minors, the payment system, the camping services and the options for getting to Arriondas. The dates, the venue and the first artists have already been announced. Services and timetables should be checked in the specific 2027 information.

The official sale requires under-16s to enter and remain accompanied by their mother, father or legal guardian. Those aged 16 or 17 must provide a signed authorisation and a photocopy of the DNI of one of their parents or guardians to exchange the pass for the wristband. Check these conditions before your trip.
