Trasan Fest

There was no Trasan Fest in 2026. The organisers of the festival in Trasanquelos, in Oza-Cesuras (A Coruña), confirmed in June that the event "will take a break" this year, and since then they have not said whether it will return in 2027. There are no dates, line-up or ticket sales for a future edition, and the official website still shows the 2025 one.

Why it did not take place in 2026

The decision became public on 19 June 2026: according to Quincemil (El Español), the organisers chose to take a break in the festival's history. The announcement came a week before the dates on which the previous edition had been held, 27 and 28 June 2025.

What we know about Trasan Fest 2027

Nothing. The organisers have not announced a return or given an approximate date, so for now it cannot be taken for granted that there will be a 2027 edition. The tickets section of the official website relates to the 2025 sale and is not valid for any future event.

If the festival does return, the closest reference point is its last edition, at the end of June, but that is a calendar detail, not an announcement.

What the festival was like

Trasan Fest was conceived as a weekend of music, food and nature in a village of around 200 inhabitants, in a mountain setting in inland A Coruña. Its website summed it up as intimate concerts surrounded by nature, with room for emerging artists.

Some practical details from 2025 help to understand the experience: payment on site was made with a cashless wristband, there was a glamping option and the organisers laid on buses from Plaza de Ourense in A Coruña at €10 return. At a rural festival, that bus took care of getting there and back without relying on a car.

Trasan Fest 2025, the last edition

The last edition held, on 27 and 28 June 2025, brought together Angel Stanich, Yoly Saa, Los Telepáticos, Bernarda, Vera Noor, MT, Mario Azurza and Ego Trip at the top of the bill. The programme was completed by Club del Río, Luis Fercán, Juan Zelada, Naked Family, Rafa Tarsicio, Era Hoy, Javi Chapela and a set by Milo.

The line-up captures the festival's profile well: from Angel Stanich's rock to Yoly Saa's songwriting, with more room for up-and-coming bands than for big headline draws, on a scale far removed from Galicia's urban festivals.
