In short

  1. Viva Suecia is the first name for Granada Sound 2027, eleven months before the festival and with the rest of the line-up still to be announced.
  2. The general pass starts at €55 with fees included, €15 less than the 2026 pass cost in its final week; the VIP pass starts at €110 and the Front Stage pass at €210.
  3. The festival moves to the end of September: it will take place on Friday 24 and Saturday 25, almost two weeks later than this year, and stays at Cortijo del Conde.
  4. Anyone buying now is doing so almost blind: there are no other artists, no day-by-day breakdown and no single-day tickets on sale.

Granada Sound has not waited for autumn to pass before opening its next edition. The festival has announced its 2027 dates, 24 and 25 September at Cortijo del Conde, put its passes on sale and revealed its first confirmed act: Viva Suecia. It is a cautious start artistically and an aggressive one on price, aimed at those who already know they will be back.

Viva Suecia, first confirmed act: a familiar face at the festival

The festival's official website presents Viva Suecia as its ‘first confirmed act’ and, for now, adds no other names. It is no surprise to Granada audiences: the band from Murcia already played at Cortijo del Conde in the 2025 edition, on the Saturday 13 September bill, alongside Ojete Calor, Siloé and Dorian.

Nor is it an exclusive name. Viva Suecia has become one of the most frequently repeated bands in the first announcements for 2027: it was already confirmed for Antorchas, in Albacete, Interestelar, Caudal Fest and Vive Linares, in May. Granada Sound places the band at the end of that season, when the festival summer will already be over in much of the country.

The fit with the festival is obvious. Granada Sound has built its identity on Spanish pop and indie bands with big live followings: in 2026 its two days featured Fangoria, Siloé, La La Love You, Carlos Sadness, Sexy Zebras and Ultraligera. To complete the rest of the 2027 line-up, the organisers have opened a poll on their website for the public to choose artists, with a prize draw for two VIP passes among those who take part.

Granada Sound 2027 passes: prices and what each one includes

Sales are handled through the official Granada Sound website, which redirects to its own ticketing platform via a virtual queue. These are the starting prices published by the festival, all with booking fees included:

  • General pass, from €55: access to the concert site on both days.
  • VIP pass, from €110: adds the VIP area, one free beer per day, priority entry and the VIP platform.
  • Front Stage pass, from €210: includes everything in the VIP pass plus access to the front area of the main stage.

The ‘from’ indicates that these are launch prices and that they will rise in tiers, although the festival does not publish how many tickets remain in each tier or when they change. A comparison with this year gives an idea of the saving: in the final week before Granada Sound 2026, the general pass cost from €70 and the VIP pass was sold out. Buying now saves money in exchange for knowing almost nothing about the line-up.

Dates and venue: two weeks later, at the same Cortijo del Conde

The 2027 edition will take place on Friday 24 and Saturday 25 September. The change of dates is notable: Granada Sound 2026 was held on 11 and 12 September, and the 2025 edition on 12 and 13. The festival leaves the first half of the month and moves to the last week.

The setting does not change. Cortijo del Conde is the same venue that hosts MUAC Fest and Granada Latina Festival, so many festival-goers already know how to get in.

What is still to be announced before you decide

As things stand, the pass buys two days of festival with a single confirmed artist. There is no day-by-day breakdown, no single-day tickets on sale, no stage times and no new transport information for 2027. The organisers have not said when the next batch of names will arrive either.

For those who go every year, the launch price is a clear argument. For those who decide based on the line-up, the sensible option is to wait for the next confirmations, knowing that the pass will be more expensive by then. News about this edition will be added to the Granada Sound page, and the region's other events are on the map of festivals in Andalusia.
