Dominican artist Juan Luis Guerra will be in Madrid in December for two concerts as part of Starlite Occident Madrid, the winter edition of the Marbella festival, which returns to IFEMA this year. He plays on Wednesday 16 and Friday 18 December, and tickets for both nights are already on sale from €69.
Dates, time and venue for Juan Luis Guerra in Madrid
Both concerts start at 21:30, according to the festival's official ticketing site and Ticketmaster. The official ticketing site places them in Pabellón 12 at IFEMA (Avenida del Partenón, 5); Ticketmaster refers to Pabellones 12 and 14. The second date, Friday 18, was announced after the first. The festival is presenting the two shows as the artist's first visit to the Madrid edition, following his appearance at the Marbella edition this summer.
Guerra arrives with his band, 4.40, and a repertoire spanning decades of bachata and merengue, from which the festival highlights songs such as 'Bachata rosa', 'Ojalá que llueva café', 'La bilirrubina' and 'Las avispas'. The festival notes that his career includes several Latin Grammys.

Tickets are on sale for both nights. On the official Starlite Madrid ticketing site tickets start at €69; the page does not specify whether that price includes booking fees, and there are higher prices depending on the area. The festival also offers VIP boxes, which are requested separately, and parking that is booked separately.
Starlite lists Ticketmaster, El Corte Inglés and Entradas.com as authorised outlets. Ticketmaster has tickets for 16 December and for 18 December. Starlite Occident Madrid: the rest of the December line-up
Starlite began in Marbella as a summer festival, and 2026 is its fourth winter season in Madrid, according to its website. So far it has announced four nights in December: Noche Movida on Friday 11, BILLBOARD No.1s on Tuesday 15 and Juan Luis Guerra's two shows. What a night at Starlite Madrid is like
The festival structures each night in three acts. Doors open at 19:00 for dinner at one of the four restaurants on site, the concert runs from 21:30 to midnight and, from 00:30, the night continues in a club with DJs. The organisers describe the auditorium as an indoor space with 7,500 seats. Its getting-there page does not yet include directions for this year's venue, so it is worth checking it before you go.
