In short
- elrow swaps the Marina de València for a new site in Sagunt: on Saturday 31 October, from 14:00 to 02:00, on the Internúcleos esplanade, with three stages and more than 20,000 people expected.
- The line-up runs from the tech house of Paco Osuna and The Martinez Brothers to the techno of Ben Sims and Blawan, with Spanish representation from Paco Osuna to Andrés Campo; set times by artist have not yet been published.
- Return shuttles from València have already sold out on Enterticket: they cost €5 from Avinguda dels Tarongers, and for the return journey, between 1:30 and 4:00, the only option left is to try paying for a ticket at the bus door if there are seats.
- Tickets are in the holder's name and only over-18s with an ID card or passport can get in; once inside you cannot leave and re-enter, and everything is paid for with the cashless wristband.
Twelve hours of electronic music, horror-film sets and a site that has never hosted anything like it before. elrow holds its Horroween Festival Winamax Valencia this Saturday 31 October at the Internúcleos site in Sagunt, between Sagunt and the Port, from 14:00 to 02:00. For anyone going, the biggest change compared with previous Valencian editions is the journey: the festival is more than 20 kilometres from the city and getting back in the early hours depends on the shuttles.
Why elrow is leaving the Marina de València for Sagunt
elrow's most recent Valencian events, including the XXL format in 2023, were held at the Marina de València. This year the brand is moving to a municipal esplanade next to the sports centre and the l'Epicentre shopping centre, the same one where Sagunt has staged concerts such as La Fúmiga and the Panorama orchestra. According to Levante-EMV, the move makes it possible to bring together more than 20,000 people, compared with a maximum of 18,000 at Marina Sur, and to avoid the noise restrictions València has applied to large events over the past year.
The organisers speak of more than 20,000 attendees; in August the council even announced a capacity of more than 25,000. At the end of last week, according to Levante-EMV, more than 12,000 tickets had been sold. Juan Arnau, founder of elrow, presents the change as the start of a long-term relationship with the Valencian public at this new location.
The local context explains the council's major operation. In July, another electronic music festival planned in the Port de Sagunt, next to the Altos Hornos, was cancelled just days before it was due to take place because it did not have the necessary licences, as reported by Levante-EMV. This time the event has been prepared with the council's Festivities and Mobility departments, the Policía Local and the public company SAG, with the collaboration of the peña federations and the Junta Fallera de Sagunt. Assembly of the three marquees began last week.
elrow Horroween line-up in Sagunt: tech house, techno and a separate stage
The main line-up brings together Paco Osuna, The Martinez Brothers, Nic Fanciulli and De La Swing, the tech house block, alongside harder techno names such as Ben Sims, Daria Kolosova and Blawan, who will play back-to-back with Elli Acula. The list is completed by AEREA live, Andrés Campo, Alex Now, Alycia Bezgo, Fleur Shore, Ian Margalef and The Checkup.
According to the official website, two of the spaces carry the themes Horroween, the brand's Halloween universe, and Industry City. The third, the Avenida Desperados Stage, is reserved for Anto Zagu, Baum, Duytsche, Llori and Paula Fields. elrow has not yet published which stage and at what time each of the rest of the line-up will play, so anyone going for a particular name will have to wait for the official timetable.
It is the same night that elrow takes part in Halloween Takeover in Madrid, where The Martinez Brothers also feature, and that Charlotte de Witte plays at Marina Sur in València, where the last tickets from an extra allocation of general admission are on sale. The rest of that night's options are in the Halloween 2026 festival guide.
How to get to the Internúcleos site: shuttles, buses and parking
From València. The organisers are running shuttle buses from Avinguda dels Tarongers, UPV entrance O, at €5 return. Outbound buses leave from 13:00 to 18:00 and return buses from 1:30 to 4:00. Return tickets were sold on Enterticket and by the morning of Wednesday 28 they were already listed as sold out. According to elrow, return-only tickets can also be paid for at the bus door if there are seats left, so a place is not guaranteed. No extra train services have been announced: anyone without a shuttle ticket who does not want to rely on the bus door will have to use a car or taxi.
From Sagunt and the Port. The council is adding extra urban bus services: line D will run every 20 minutes from 14:00 and the Bus Nit every 30 minutes. There will also be a taxi rank next to the site.
By car. The official advice is to park away from the festival. The council's map shows two festival parking areas, to the south-west and south-east of the site, and the shuttle stop to the south. Anyone not going to the festival who needs to travel between the two parts of town should use Avinguda de la Vila or Calle Albert Einstein; the routes will be signposted on Saturday.

Tickets, minimum age and what you cannot bring
The only authorised sales channel is Enterticket, and elrow warns that there will be a box office on the Saturday itself only if tickets do not sell out beforehand. On Wednesday 28, the Early Access ticket cost €43, but it is only valid for entry before 17:00 (after that you have to pay €20 more at the box office); general admission, in its fifth tier, cost €57, and VIP Gold, with views of the DJ and its own bar and toilets, €135. Tickets are in the holder's name: each one must be assigned to its holder before arriving, a later name change costs €10 and ID may be requested at the door. Registered residents of Sagunt get a 50% discount by entering their DNI as a code, limited to one ticket per person, which cannot be transferred to another name.
The minimum age is 18, with no exceptions: anyone who cannot prove it with an official document will be turned away without a refund. Last entry to the site is at 1:00 and you cannot leave and re-enter.
Inside, payment is only by cashless wristband, which can be topped up by card or cash from €10; you need to keep it afterwards to claim any remaining balance. The reusable cup carries a €2 deposit. You can bring in backpacks or bum bags of up to 35x20x12 centimetres, sun cream of no more than 50 ml, a power bank and a maximum of two vapes; outside food and drink, glass, selfie sticks and scooters are not allowed. Lockers can be booked when buying your ticket.
People with disabilities or reduced mobility have priority access, raised platforms at the Horroween and Industry City stages and nearby parking, but must request this through elrow's accessibility form, which is open only until Thursday 29 October. For other events over these days, see the week's listings and the festivals in the Valencian Community.
