Sixteen musical acts and a ticket costing €15 plus fees. Amaral, Zahara, Rozalén, Rodrigo Cuevas and La M.O.D.A. will perform on Sunday 15 November at Madrid's Palacio Vistalegre as part of Poder Sindical: El futuro es con vivienda, the event being put together by the Sindicato de Inquilinas de Madrid with music, comedy and speeches from its activists. Tickets have been on sale since 22 October.
The Poder Sindical line-up: who is playing at Vistalegre
The musical side brings together 16 names, according to the union's statement reported by the EFE news agency: Amaral, Biznaga, Delaossa, Ill Pekeño y Ergo Pro, La M.O.D.A., La Plazuela, Lia Kali, Parquesvr, Rozalén, Rodrigo Cuevas, Metrika, Restinga, Toldos Verdes, Zahara, Las Petunias and Tremenda Jauría. Rodrigo Cuevas, whom some media presented as a new addition, already appears on it, and reports published since 26 October all agree on the same names.
The line-up mixes generations and scenes that rarely share a stage. On one side, the pop rock of Amaral and the singer-songwriter music of Zahara and Rozalén; on the other, Rodrigo Cuevas's electronic take on Asturian folklore and the folk rock of Burgos band La M.O.D.A., alongside the flamenco fusion of Granada's La Plazuela. Rap comes from Delaossa, Lia Kali, Parquesvr and the Usera duo Ill Pekeño y Ergo Pro, and punk from Biznaga. Some names crop up repeatedly in recent listings: Zahara is on the programme of BIME Live in Bilbao, Rodrigo Cuevas has a date at Santaspascuas in Pamplona and Las Petunias are among the artists that AIEnRuta will take on a club tour in 2027.
It will not all be music. The programme includes figures from comedy and media such as Inés Hernand, Facu Díaz, Samantha Hudson, Miguel Maldonado, Nerea Pérez de las Heras, Marc Biarnés, La Prados, Alpilpil and Yunez Chaib, and the union says its activists will play a central role in the event.
Times: doors at 17:00 and start at 18:30
The event takes place on Sunday 15 November 2026 at the Palacio Vistalegre, in Carabanchel, with entry via calle Matilde Hernández. According to the official ticketing page, doors open at 17:00 and the event begins at 18:30. The running order and each artist's stage time have not been published, so anyone going for a particular act will have to wait for the organisers to release the schedule.
The organisers have also set out some conditions: under-16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the event and in the same area, there will be sign language interpreters, and tickets for people with reduced mobility must be requested by phone on 930 49 75 00.
Tickets: €16.50 on Ticketmaster
Tickets are sold through Ticketmaster. The price announced by the union is €15, which becomes €16.50 on the ticketing platform once €1.50 in booking fees is added. The price is the same for the standing area and the stands, with a maximum of ten tickets per purchase. Early on Wednesday there were still tickets available in every area.

Tickets are digital only: there is no PDF or paper version, and they will not appear in your Ticketmaster account until seven days before the event, that is, from 8 November. The initial capacity is 5,000 people, which can be extended to 8,000, according to the union.
Alongside general admission there is a Fila 0, a donation that does not give access to the venue and is purchased as a separate event on the same ticketing platform, also for €16.50 including fees.
Who is organising it and where the money goes
Poder Sindical is organised by the Sindicato de Inquilinas de Madrid, which describes it as a political, trade union and cultural event. According to its statement, it aims to keep housing at the centre of the public agenda and to build on the mobilisations that began on 23 September with the eviction of Maricarmen Abascal, a Madrid resident. The event comes four days after the general strike on 11 November, which has already forced some concerts to be moved or cancelled.
As for the money, the organisers explain on the official ticketing page that all ticket revenue will go towards paying for the production and organisation of the event. Income from the Fila 0 will go to the union's strike fund, which, according to the organisers themselves, helps it deal with ‘fines and other reprisals’ arising from its activity, for example when it tries to stop evictions.
