Alma Occident Madrid

Alma Occident Madrid 2026 has already taken place. Here you can check the dates, line-up and practical information for that edition.

ALMA Occident Madrid 2026 will once again be held at Parque Enrique Tierno Galván from 23 June to 8 July, keeping one of the most recognisable early-summer events in the capital. The format remains that of an elegant, carefully curated series, with concerts on individual nights and a very direct relationship between artist, venue and audience experience.

The new edition is now under way and the first name announced with its own date is Miss Caffeina, scheduled for 25 June. It is not yet a full line-up, but it is a clear enough sign that the series is getting going again at its usual pace of gradual announcements.

A series planned concert by concert

ALMA Occident Madrid is not so much a compact, multi-stage festival as a succession of clearly defined nights within the same setting. This approach gives each announcement its own weight and lets audiences approach the edition by choosing one or more specific dates, not necessarily through a season pass or a full weekend.

What the 2026 edition brings

For now, the value of this new edition lies in the return of the format and the reopening of one of Madrid's most comfortable and recognisable summer venues. The series tends to feature established names, artists with strong live appeal and acts suited to a medium-to-large capacity setting, with great care taken over production and experience.

Madrid in summer mode

Within the Madrid calendar, ALMA Occident offers a different profile from the big festivals held at trade fair grounds. Here the focus is more on the concert night itself, the comfort of the surroundings and the somewhat more relaxed nature of the outing. This combination continues to work well for those looking for open-air live music without giving up a more orderly, less crowded experience.
