Bidasound

Bidasound holds its first edition on 28 and 29 August 2026 at Ficoba, Irun. The festival offers two days, each with its own identity: a Friday focused on Spanish pop and a Saturday geared towards rock, inside a transformed exhibition centre with concert areas, food and drink, rest areas and facilities.

Friday 28 brings together Maldita Nerea, David Otero, Efecto Pasillo, El Vega Life, SAO, Volavent, Aitana Grandes and Oihan Vega. The selection links big Spanish pop songs with local artists and festive acts. Maldita Nerea and David Otero take two of the main slots on a day designed for singing along to very familiar repertoires.

Saturday 29 changes the sound with Celtas Cortos, La Cabra Mecánica, Burning, La Frontera, La Bona Dea and Embusteros. The combination spans rock, rumba, pop and songs that have been part of several generations. La Bona Dea also brings a direct connection with Irun.

Stage times for Friday 28 and Saturday 29

The organisers have started to schedule the performances. On Friday, El Vega Life are listed at 18:30, Efecto Pasillo at 20:00, Maldita Nerea at 21:30, David Otero at 23:30 and Volavent at 01:00. On Saturday, Embusteros appear at 17:00, La Cabra Mecánica at 20:00, Burning at 23:30 and La Bona Dea at 01:00.

The final opening time is still to be confirmed: Bidasound says it will be from 15:00 at the earliest. Closing is scheduled for 02:30. Times may be subject to justified changes, so it is worth checking the official Bidasound website on the day.

Ficoba, the venue and how to get there

Bidasound takes place at Ficoba, the exhibition centre located at avenida de Iparralde 43, 20302 Irun, Gipuzkoa. Its location makes it reachable by public transport and allows the stage, facilities and food area to be concentrated in a single space.

The festival will allow you to leave and re-enter as long as your wristband remains properly fastened. There will be no cloakroom. You may bring in food from outside, but not drinks, bottles, cans, metal or glass containers or cool boxes. All drinks will be served in the official festival cup.

Official tickets for Bidasound

The organisers recognise their own website and the ticketing widget run by Weezevent as the official channels. Festival passes and day tickets are available, subject to availability. Buying outside these channels may prevent the festival from guaranteeing the authenticity or validity of the ticket.

Tickets are not personalised, even if a name may appear on them, and their validity depends on the unique code. Leaving and re-entering is permitted with the wristband. In the event of a change of artist or stage time, the general terms state that this does not automatically give rise to a right to a refund.

Cashless and balance refunds

Payments inside Ficoba will be made using a cashless wristband. It can be topped up online before the festival, via QR code with a card, or at the physical top-up point inside the venue, where card or cash will be accepted.

Any unspent balance can be claimed between 1 and 13 September. You must keep your wristband or identification code. If the request is not made within that period, the right to a refund of the remaining balance will be lost.

Minors and accessibility

Under-16s may enter accompanied by their legal guardian and with the signed authorisation. The organisers may ask for a DNI, NIE or passport to check age and the relationship with the accompanying adult.

Ficoba will have a separate entrance and a priority area for people with reduced mobility. There is no need to buy a special ticket type: the same ticket as the rest of the audience is used. For specific needs, Bidasound recommends contacting the organisers before your visit.
