Festival Tardeada

Tardeada has now held two editions in Orihuela, and the third does not yet have a date or line-up. The most recent took place on 18 and 19 September 2026 at the Recinto Ferial Los Huertos, with Crystal Fighters headlining and free entry on the first day.

What we know about Tardeada 2027

Neither the official website, tardeadaorihuela.com, nor the town council has published dates, artists or tickets for a third edition. The website still carries the 2026 branding and no tickets are on sale.

The two editions held so far share the same slot in the calendar: the third Friday and Saturday of September (19 and 20 in 2025; 18 and 19 in 2026). The 2026 edition was scheduled as part of the patron saint festivities of the Virgen de Monserrate. At the 2026 launch, the mayor, Pepe Vegara, said the aim was to turn Tardeada into a benchmark for indie music in the province of Alicante. This is a municipal aspiration, not confirmation of a date for 2027.

Two days at Los Huertos, the first without a ticket

Tardeada has been held over two days at the Los Huertos fairground; in 2026 it had two stages and a food area. The promoter La Música Mola organises the festival with the support of Orihuela town council.

The first day has played a different role in each edition. In 2025 it was a free afternoon devoted to local bands. In 2026, Friday 18 September was free to enter for anyone who wanted to come into the site, while Saturday 19 required a ticket, on sale on the official website. No price has been published for a future edition.

The festival also has its own talent pipeline: La Ruta de la Banda, a competition for new bands. In 2026, its twelve finalists played for free on 11 and 12 September at the Glorieta Gabriel Miró, and the public vote chose the band that joined the main line-up.

A line-up of Spanish indie and pop with an international draw

Tardeada's profile has been clearly defined across its two editions: Spanish indie and pop rock bands with years on the road, a few emerging acts and a local presence. In 2025, the Saturday brought together Shinova, Dorian, Varry Brava, Marlena, La Habitación Roja, Despistaos and Efecto Pasillo, according to La Ganzúa's listings.

In 2026 it went a step further by booking Crystal Fighters as an international headliner, without abandoning that core of names familiar to audiences on the Spanish festival circuit.

Tardeada 2026: line-up and tickets for the second edition

The town council presented the second edition with this line-up, without a public day-by-day breakdown:

They were joined by local artists and the winner of La Ruta de la Banda. For context, the town council put the first edition at more than 12,000 attendees over its main days and around €2.1 million in economic impact. These are municipal figures; no equivalent assessment of 2026 has been published.
