About the festival
Love To Rock 2027 has not yet announced its dates, line-up or ticket sales. The music and food festival at La Marina de València held only half of its seventh edition: an orange weather alert forced the cancellation of Friday 2 October 2026, and only Saturday 3 went ahead, with a reorganised schedule. It is the second year running that bad weather in early October has upset its plans, following the complete cancellation of 2025.
What we know about Love To Rock 2027
The official website is still showing the 2026 edition, and no dates or first names have been announced for 2027. SempreValencia's closing report includes the organisers' thanks to the audience, artists and sponsors, but makes no reference to the next edition.
The dates are the big unknown. In its recent editions, Love To Rock has been held in October: on 13 and 14 October in 2023, 10 and 11 October in 2025 and 2 and 3 October in 2026. The last two editions coincided with weather warnings, and the organisers have not said whether they plan to keep that slot in the autumn or move it.
La Marina de València, the usual venue
The festival takes place at La Marina de València, next to the port's harbour basin, and much of its identity comes from that setting: seafront concerts without leaving the city. In 2026 it was spread across three spaces: the Mainstage, the La Pérgola stage and Love to Food, where the cooking shared the programme with bands and DJs.
It is a family-friendly festival. In 2026 there was the Abono Kid 2 pass for children aged 2 to 13 and a space, Love To Kids, with workshops and activities. Re-entry was allowed until 21:00, and at the bars payment was made with a cashless wristband, with a compulsory €2 reusable cup.
Spanish indie and fine dining: the festival's profile
The Love To Rock line-up focuses on Spanish independent pop and rock across several generations: in 2026 it brought together Lori Meyers, León Benavente, La M.O.D.A., Sanguijuelas del Guadiana, Depedro and Los Punsetes, alongside younger bands such as Vera Fauna and Parquesvr. The other half of the offering is Love to Food, which in 2026 featured seven chefs, including Rakel Cernicharo (Karak), Alex Vidal (Origen) and Diego Laso (Momiji Atelier), as we reported when presenting its 2026 food line-up.
Tickets are sold on the festival's own website. In 2026 there were four types of pass: general, VIP area, Grada area and Kid 2. The Grada offered a raised view of the main stage, and the VIP added a platform with views of the stage, the harbour basin and the sea. According to Hello Valencia, day tickets started at €49 at launch price; these are 2026 prices and give no indication of those for the next edition.
How Love To Rock 2026 went
The festival was scheduled for Friday 2 and Saturday 3 October 2026. The Friday, headlined by Lori Meyers and Iván Ferreiro, was cancelled that same afternoon because of the orange weather alert, as we explained in our news story on the Friday cancellation. Saturday opened at 10:30, and Lori Meyers played their rescheduled concert at 13:30. After them, Mala Gestión, Depedro, Sanguijuelas del Guadiana, La M.O.D.A. and León Benavente took to the Mainstage, while Los Punsetes, Vera Fauna and Parquesvr played La Pérgola.
For the lost day, the festival offered Friday ticket holders a refund or an exchange for Saturday until capacity was reached; pass holders get back 50% of the price and keep their access to Saturday. If you had credit left on your cashless wristband, you can request a refund until 21 October 2026 at 11:59 via the official website.
The 2026 edition was also the comeback after the cancellation of Love To Rock 2025 due to forecast rain. The festival returned by announcing its first names for 2026, aiming to keep its promise to its audience.
