Festivals in Valencia

The coast defines summer in the province of Valencia. Cullera hosts Zevra Festival Cullera on its beach, with pop and urban music in July, and Medusa Festival, with techno and dance in August. Gandía follows the same calendar with Pirata Beach Festival in July and Festival Mediterránea in August, at the Parc d'Ausiàs March.

May is the other high point, with events spread across the province: Nómade Festival in Fontanars dels Alforins, Duna Dorada Festival in Oliva, Pobla Fest in La Pobla de Vallbona and Deleste Festival in València. The city takes centre stage again in September with Visor Fest, which features rock and indie at Marina Norte.
