Medusa Festival

Medusa Festival will hold its thirteenth edition from 12 to 16 August 2027 in Cullera. The organisers have confirmed the dates and the continuation of their major beachside electronic music event. Its theme already has a name, ‘Origyon: A New Era’, and the first general release of passes goes on sale on Thursday 15 October at 12:00; there are no artists or set times yet.

This page focuses exclusively on Medusa 2027. The names, stages and figures from 2026 appear further down as historical context and should not be taken as part of the line-up for the next edition.

The festival once again coincides with the 15 August bank holiday weekend. Anyone who needs accommodation should prioritise bookings with flexible cancellation, as this is one of the busiest weeks of the year in Cullera and the full terms and conditions of the event have yet to be announced.

Origyon: the theme of Medusa 2027

The thirteenth edition will be called ‘Origyon: A New Era’. According to the organisers, the site will be transformed into a utopian future shaped by artificial intelligence, humanoids and robots, with themed stages, signage, set design and performances. Medusa 2027 tickets

The first presale ended on 23 August 2026. The first general release of passes opens on Thursday 15 October at 12:00 on the official Medusa website. Prices and ticket types have not yet been published, and the website offers registration for Medusa World with priority access to the sale.

Before buying, it is worth checking which days each ticket type includes, booking fees, the exchange policy, access for under-18s and the conditions for the rest or camping area if it is offered again.

Medusa 2027 line-up

The line-up has not yet been announced. Nor is there an official breakdown by style or stage. Medusa usually combines techno, EDM, hardstyle, remember, house and other electronic sounds, but the specific programme for the thirteenth edition will need to be confirmed through new announcements.

The 2026 artists have been removed from the structured fields to prevent search engines and readers from taking them as confirmed for 2027.

How to plan your trip to Cullera

The site is located in the area around Playa de Cullera. The town has rail connections from Valencia and road access, but the special bus, parking and shuttle arrangements for 2027 are not yet known.

Before booking, it is worth treating three decisions separately: accommodation, getting to Cullera and getting back at night. Extra services change from one edition to the next, so the 2026 timetables should not be reused to plan the next trip.

How Medusa Festival 2026 went

The previous edition brought in 185,000 cumulative attendances, according to the organisers' figures. The line-up included Tiësto, Carl Cox, Steve Aoki, Dimitri Vegas, Nervo, Miss Monique, Adam Beyer, Fatima Hajji, Andrés Campo and many other artists spread across several stages.

APSARAS, inspired by the architecture and iconography of South-East Asia, was the big main stage in 2026. The festival also kept spaces dedicated to techno, hard sounds, remember and large-scale show formats.

The organisers reported that there were no serious security incidents despite a weekend marked by heat and a storm on the Saturday. These figures help to understand the operational scale of Medusa, but they do not yet confirm the services or arrangements that will be in place for 2027.

Medusa Winter Blizzard is not part of the Cullera festival

Ahead of the next summer edition, the brand will hold Medusa Winter Blizzard on 5 December 2026 at IFEMA Madrid. It is a separate event, with its own venue, line-up and tickets; it does not replace Medusa Cullera and is not included in its future passes.
