Gran Canaria is adding an urban music festival to its calendar. Golden Island Fest will hold its first edition on Friday 27 and Saturday 28 November 2026 at the Recinto Ferial de Agüimes, in Cruce de Arinaga, with RVFV, Maikel Delacalle, Don Patricio and Juseph among the names confirmed on its website.
Golden Island Fest 2026 line-up by day
The festival's official website has already split the concerts by day:
- Friday 27 November: Maikel Delacalle and Lewis Potter, plus two artists still to be revealed. DJ set by Juacko.
- Saturday 28 November: RVFV, Juseph, Don Patricio and Daniela Garsal. DJ set by Sammyto.
Alejo Sánchez will DJ on both days, and the festival says there is "more to be confirmed". The event is produced by Buceta Escena Global, according to the website itself.
Khea and Ptazeta: what the press says and what is still to be confirmed
Canarias7 presented the festival on 2 November with Argentine artist Khea and RVFV as headliners, and with Ptazeta among the confirmed acts. However, neither of them appears yet on the line-up on the official website, which still has two unnamed slots on Friday. Until the festival announces them, they are best treated as awaiting confirmation.

Golden Island Fest tickets: prices for each type
Tickets are sold only through the festival's official channel, via Weezevent, and according to its FAQs prices already include booking fees. Sales are in tiers, so prices may go up:

- Two-day pass: General, €52; Front Stage, €90; Platinum, €169.
The Front Stage and Platinum areas open from 16:30; the concert schedule will be published closer to the date. Those aged 18 can pay for a ticket or pass with the €200 "live arts" allowance of the Bono Cultural Joven, through a separate ticketing platform.
Minimum age, re-entry and getting there
Entry is for ages 16 and over. Attendees aged 16 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket and present the signed consent form, with a maximum of three minors per adult. If you leave the venue, you cannot re-enter.
The organisers will publish transport and parking information closer to the date.
