In short

  1. There is a final batch of floor tickets: the organisers released it on 30 October after adjusting the production, and each one costs €54 including fees, five euros less than the stand.
  2. Saurom will play ‘El Principito’ in full for the first and last time, on a night of folk metal and folk rock completed by Scotland’s Alestorm and Germany’s dArtagnan.
  3. Doors open at 17:00 and there are no set times for each band, so anyone who doesn’t want to miss any of the three bands should arrive from the start; under-16s need a signed authorisation.
  4. The most direct way to get there is the metro: Casa del Reloj station, on Line 12, is beneath Avenida de Gibraltar, one of the streets surrounding La Cubierta.

The floor at Saurom Juglar Fest has one final batch of tickets. The festival, which takes place on Saturday 12 December at La Nueva Cubierta de Leganés with Saurom, Alestorm and dArtagnan, put it on sale on Friday 30 October. It is the first time the Cádiz band’s event has come to Spain, following editions in Mexico and Chile.

Saurom Juglar Fest tickets: €54 for the floor and €59 for the stand

‘Once the production adjustments have been made, and in line with the authorised capacities, a final batch of floor tickets is being released,’ the organisers announced, as reported by Metal Journal on 29 October. The tickets went on sale at 12:00 the following day and the organisers have not said how many there are. The floor was already close to selling out in the spring: at the end of March, the festival itself warned that fewer than 500 remained, as reported by the same outlet at the time.

Tickets are sold on Ticketmaster, the ticketing platform the band and the venue link to. ModoFestival may receive a commission if you buy through this link, at no extra cost to you. As of 2 November, two types of ticket are on sale, both general admission:

  • Floor: €54.
  • Unreserved stand seating: €59.

Both prices include €4 in booking fees, so the base prices of €50 and €55 at which sales opened in February remain unchanged. The limit is ten tickets per event. The same page has a fan-to-fan resale section, with prices set by the seller that may be higher than the official ones. Tickets for people with reduced mobility must be requested by phone, on 932 88 70 33.

Saurom, Alestorm and dArtagnan: ‘El Principito’ in full and two folk guests

Saurom formed in 1996 in San Fernando (Cádiz) and is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. The band describes its style as ‘minstrel metal’, with lyrics drawing on legends, poems and tales, and for the occasion, according to the festival announcement, it will play El Principito, its 2025 album, in full for the first and last time, bringing that album’s tour to a close with this show. The organisers speak of a concert of almost three hours and of ‘dozens of special guests’ who have not yet been revealed.

Both guest bands also come with a very recognisable theme. Alestorm, led by Christopher Bowes, were formed in 2004 in Perth, Scotland, originally under the name Battleheart, and have spent two decades playing pirate-themed folk metal. dArtagnan, the Nuremberg band fronted by Ben Metzner, take their name from Dumas’s musketeer and lean more towards folk rock. Saurom and Alestorm previously shared a bill at Z! Live in Zamora in June 2025.

The festival is a co-production between Zaluster and the organisers of Leyendas del Rock, the metal festival in Villena.

Times and entry: doors at 17:00 and under-16s with authorisation

La Nueva Cubierta opens its doors at 17:00, according to the venue and the ticketing page. The running order and each band’s stage time have not been published, and no finishing time has been announced either. If Saurom’s announced set of almost three hours goes ahead, on top of the two guest bands’ concerts, it looks set to be a long night.

Under-16s may only enter with an authorisation signed by their mother, father or legal guardian, according to the terms of sale.

How to get to La Cubierta de Leganés: Casa del Reloj metro, Line 12

La Cubierta, designed as a bullring and fitted with a retractable roof, occupies the block formed by Avenida de Gibraltar, Calle del Maestro, Calle de AC/DC, Calle de Rosendo and Plaza de Joan Manuel Serrat. The nearest metro station is Casa del Reloj, on Line 12 (Metrosur), which lies beneath Avenida de Gibraltar itself. For those driving, the venue has a car park with space for up to 1,000 vehicles, according to its website.

Saurom Juglar Fest is one of the two events on the second weekend of the December 2026 festival guide, and the rest of the upcoming events nearby are listed in festivals in the Community of Madrid. Before Leganés, Saurom has tour dates in Santander on Saturday 5 December and in Vitoria on Sunday 6.
