oleoSÓNICA 2027 puts its passes on sale with Zahara, Lagartija Nick and Sidecars

The singer from Úbeda is back on home turf. Zahara, with her ZAHARAVE show, heads the first names for oleoSÓNICA 2027, the Jaén festival that will take place on 21 and 22 May at IFEJA and which this Monday at 12:00 opened pass sales with Lagartija Nick, Sidecars and Bicicleta also on the bill.

The festival has unveiled its line-up in two batches on Instagram. The first, on 23 October, brought Zahara with ZAHARAVE and Bicicleta. Zahara was born in Úbeda, in the same province, and when she was announced she said that ‘it’s always exciting to come back home’, as reported by Jaén24h.

The second batch, on 30 October, added two rock names. Lagartija Nick is the Granada band founded in 1991 that in late 1996 recorded Omega with Enrique Morente, one of the most influential albums of its era in Spain. Sidecars, from the Madrid neighbourhood of Alameda de Osuna, debuted in 2008 with an album produced by Leiva; the festival presents them with ‘those anthems you sing at the top of your lungs’.

The festival has not said which day each act plays and on its account it keeps inviting the public to guess the next names, so the line-up is far from complete.

21 and 22 May at IFEJA: two days, as in 2026

oleoSÓNICA returns to IFEJA, Jaén’s provincial trade fair grounds, with two days: Friday 21 and Saturday 22 May 2027. It is the same format as in 2026, when the festival, launched in 2024, brought together Love of Lesbian, Crystal Fighters and Carolina Durante, came close to selling out and drew more than 8,000 people on the first day alone, according to Jaén24h.

There is one detail that could cause confusion when buying: the session page on Eventick is still dated only 21 May at 17:30. The passes, however, state access to both days, which is also what the festival is announcing.

oleoSÓNICA 2027 passes: prices including fees

Sales have opened on Eventick, the ticketing platform linked from the official website, with the third price tier. Before sales opened, the page advertised blind passes from €40. These are now the four passes, all for both days:

• General pass: €52.27 plus €5.23 in booking fees, €57.50 in total.
• Frontstage pass: €65.91 plus €6.59 in fees, €72.50. It gives access to an area next to the stage with its own bars and toilets.
• VIP pass: €136.36 plus €13.64 in fees, €150. It includes a raised area with free beer, tinto de verano and soft drinks at its bar, exclusive toilets and access to Frontstage.
• PMR pass, for people with reduced mobility: €57.50 including fees.

The general pass works out at €28.75 per day. To compare with other events next year, the 2027 festival pass price ranking lists 26 festivals from cheapest to most expensive. The festival has not announced when it will move to the next tier.

Still to be revealed: day tickets, set times and transport

For now only passes are on sale. There are no day tickets, no day-by-day line-up and no set times, so anyone who only wants to see Zahara or only Lagartija Nick will have to wait or pay for both days.

Transport has not been announced either. In 2026 there were shuttles and special city buses to IFEJA, but the festival has not confirmed that they will run again.
