About the festival

Jardín de las Delicias Madrid 2027 does not yet have dates, a line-up or tickets on sale. The festival wrapped up its Madrid edition on 18 and 19 September 2026 at the Cantarranas site, within the Universidad Complutense, and its website is still focused on this year's events.

What we know about Jardín de las Delicias Madrid 2027

For now, nothing official. The festival's website makes no mention of a 2027 edition, has not opened a presale and no artists have been announced. Recent dates do, however, point to a pattern, the third weekend of September: 20 and 21 September 2024, 19 and 20 September 2025 and 18 and 19 September 2026, always Friday to Saturday. This is a guide for anyone thinking of booking, not a confirmed date.

The brand has also grown beyond Madrid, with events that should not be confused with this one. In 2026 it held a boutique edition in Marbella and is launching Jardín de las Delicias de Sevilla on 17 October at the Centro Andaluz de Arte Contemporáneo, with its own line-up and tickets. This page covers only the Madrid edition.

Cantarranas, the festival site in Madrid

The festival takes place at the Cantarranas site of the Universidad Complutense (calle Arquitecto López Otero, s/n), in Ciudad Universitaria. It is an open-air space within the campus, and these are the ways of getting there indicated by the festival:

  • Metro: line 6, Ciudad Universitaria station.
  • Bus: lines 82, 132, F, G and U, and the night buses N20 and N28.
  • Car: the Ramón y Cajal car park, in Ciudad Universitaria, is open 24 hours.

In 2026 the festival added an electric shuttle between Moncloa and the site at entry and exit times. It is not yet known whether it will run again in 2027.

What the festival is like: two stages and entry rules

Jardín de las Delicias bills itself as Madrid's farewell to summer and combines concerts with decor, performances, activities and food trucks. The music is split across two spaces: the main stage (the Endesa stage in 2026), which hosts the big names in Spanish pop and indie, and the Bosque stage, with emerging artists and DJ sets into the early hours. In 2026 Dani Martín, Viva Suecia, Taburete and Nil Moliner shared the bill with Despistaos, Marlena and Inazio, a mix of established names and up-and-coming bands.

These were the 2026 entry rules, as set out in the festival's FAQs:

  • Over-18s only, with original, valid ID.
  • No exit and re-entry with the same wristband.
  • Food and drink cannot be brought in, except for one sealed snack and one 250 ml bottle of water without its cap. There are free water fountains inside.
  • There is a cloakroom before the entrance and lockers with USB charging inside.
  • A platform reserved for people with reduced mobility opposite the main stage, with accessible toilets and bars.

Reference prices: what it cost in 2026

Sales for 2027 have not started, so the only prices available are those from 2026. The official website still shows these prices for this year's edition: general festival pass at €117.95, premium festival pass at €249.50, general day ticket at €68.99 and premium day ticket at €135.99. They give an idea of the budget needed; 2027 prices may change.

How Jardín de las Delicias Madrid 2026 went

On Friday 18 September doors opened at 15:00. On the main stage, Club del Río, Despistaos, Marlena and Sexy Zebras played before Dani Martín at 22:20, with a two-hour concert from his 25-year anniversary tour, and Nil Moliner at 01:00. Saturday 19 kicked off at 14:30 with Serko, Mafalda Cardenal, Inazio and Marlon, followed by Taburete at 20:45, Viva Suecia at 22:45 and Dorian at 00:45. The music finished at 02:00 on both nights.

The line-up was built up in phases, as we reported from the announcement of Dani Martín and Viva Suecia through to the full 2026 line-up. Stage-by-stage schedules and travel information are still available in our Jardín de las Delicias 2026 timetable guide.

Two years earlier, in 2024, the festival had already sold out at Cantarranas with Hombres G, La Oreja de Van Gogh and Juan Magán, as we covered in our review of that edition. To see what else is on in the city, you can check out the festivals in the Community of Madrid and the September festival calendar.
