- Mötley Crüe play Barcelona Rock Fest on Saturday 3 July 2027 and, that same week, Resurrection Fest: it will be their first concert in Barcelona, and in Viveiro they have not yet been given a day.

Two of the big names of summer 2027 in Spain are appearing at two festivals each. Mötley Crüe will be at Barcelona Rock Fest and Resurrection Fest, and Evanescence at Icónica Sevilla Fest and Resurrection Fest. All three confirmations came this Thursday, 5 November, and they all fall in the same week, between 29 June and 4 July.
Mötley Crüe: Barcelona Rock Fest and Resurrection Fest
Barcelona Rock Fest has announced Mötley Crüe for Saturday 3 July 2027 at Parc de Can Zam, in Santa Coloma de Gramenet, as part of a four-day edition running from 1 to 4 July. The festival is billing it as the first time the band of Vince Neil, Nikki Sixx and Tommy Lee have played Barcelona. For now, it is the only name it has announced for 2027.
On the same day, Resurrection Fest included Mötley Crüe among the headliners of its first line-up announcement, alongside Parkway Drive, Evanescence and Lorna Shore. The Viveiro (Lugo) festival runs from Wednesday 30 June to Saturday 3 July and has not yet split the bands by day. As the band will be in Barcelona on Saturday 3, their concert in Galicia will have to be on one of the three previous days, although the festival has not yet said which.
Evanescence: Icónica Sevilla Fest and Resurrection Fest
Evanescence are the latest confirmation for Icónica Sevilla Fest: they play on Tuesday 29 June 2027 in the Plaza de España, the venue for the Sevilla concert series. It is a standalone concert, with tickets for that night, in a programme that already includes Queens of the Stone Age, Santana and Rod Stewart. The following day Resurrection Fest begins, where Amy Lee's band are another of the headliners. According to Rock and Roll Army, it will be the first time Evanescence have played Viveiro. Here, too, no day has been assigned.
Tickets: what is on sale and what goes on sale on 10 November
- Barcelona Rock Fest: the four-day pass is already on sale on the festival website for €235, final price, and the VIP pass costs €730. No day tickets are on sale.
- Icónica Sevilla Fest (Evanescence): tickets go on sale on Tuesday 10 November at 10:00 on the concert page. The price has not yet been published.
- Resurrection Fest: the early bird passes have sold out and the new passes go on sale on Tuesday 10 November at 12:00, only on the official website, with no price announced. The festival asks people not to buy on resale platforms.

Which to choose if you only want to see one of the two
For those going just for Evanescence, Sevilla is the most clear-cut option: a single night and a ticket for that concert, although there is no price yet. At Resurrection the band come with more than seventy other groups around them, including Helloween, Kreator, Enter Shikari and Dropkick Murphys, but you have to buy a pass without yet knowing which day they play.
With Mötley Crüe both options are festivals with passes. The difference is the day: in Barcelona it is already known to be Saturday 3, so you can book travel and accommodation now; in Viveiro you will have to wait for the day-by-day breakdown.
