SOM Festival

SOM Festival Castelló de la Plana 2027 has confirmed El Barrio for 17 July at the Real Club Náutico de Castellón. It is the first artist announced for the new edition. Tickets for that concert are already on sale, but the full calendar of the series is still to be announced.

SOM Festival 2027 dates

The confirmed date is 17 July 2027, for El Barrio. It should not be read as the start of the whole programme or as the festival's final date. SOM works as a series of standalone nights and will keep adding new performances.

The 17 July to 9 August window that still appears in some parts of the official website belongs to 2026. That is why this page keeps the general 2027 calendar as pending, even though one concert already has a confirmed date.

SOM Festival 2027 line-up: El Barrio

El Barrio will bring their tour Lo que guardas te hace volver to Castellón on 17 July. The organisers describe the act as the first artist of the edition. The rest of the line-up, door times and the start time of the show are due to be confirmed in upcoming announcements.

The confirmation does not include a final setlist, nor does it give any hint of other additions. Each new announcement will be added to the current 2027 information.

Tickets for El Barrio in Castellón

The ticket sale for the 17 July concert offers front stage, standing and seated stand tickets. At the time of the 2 October 2026 check, the prices shown were €80, €52 and €45 respectively. Check fees, conditions and the final price when buying; prices and availability may change.

The tickets are for El Barrio, not a pass for every SOM night. If add-ons such as a hat appear during checkout, make sure they are not mistaken for the concert ticket. For under-18s, check the specific policy and the authorisation form published by the festival before buying.

Venue and planning your visit

The concert is billed at the Real Club Náutico de Castellón, at Escollera de Poniente, s/n, 12100, in the Grao. Its location by the port is part of SOM's identity. Before travelling, check the access directions and services for the show you have chosen.

For 2027, no transport arrangements, opening times or services that can be taken as valid for every night have yet been confirmed here. Booking a trip means telling the El Barrio date apart from the rest of the series, which remains open to announcements.

The 2026 edition as context, not as the current line-up

SOM Festival 2026 ran its summer programme from 17 July to 9 August around the Real Club Náutico. The series brought together nights with different profiles and closed with Los Delinqüentes, as we reported in our news story on the 2026 closing night.

That precedent helps explain the format: choosing a specific concert by the Mediterranean, rather than automatically buying a ticket for a full-scale mega-festival. Its artists and conditions do not carry over to 2027 without an official announcement.
