In short

  1. The Extremúsika 2027 pass still costs €36, the same price as May's launch offer, and the official sales page lists it as the first tier.
  2. Since 22 October the festival has been warning that the price is going up, but it does not say when or by how much, so anyone wanting the €36 price has no deadline to work to.
  3. Sleeping in the rest area costs €61, €25 more than the pass, with access from midday on 29 April until 13:00 on 2 May and no cars allowed inside.
  4. You are buying on the strength of a preview of 21 artists with no day-by-day breakdown: Soziedad Alkoholika, La Pegatina, Sôber and Metrika are on a line-up the festival says is still open.

The Extremúsika 2027 pass costs the same today as it did on 5 May: €36 for the three days at the Recinto Hípico de Cáceres, from 29 April to 1 May 2027. What has changed is the message. Since 22 October, the festival's Instagram posts have repeated a warning: the price of passes is going up.

The pass is still €36 almost six months on

The official shop, built into the festival's tickets page, was selling the ‘Pass – Tier 1’ for €36 on Saturday 24 October. It gives access to the music site on 29 and 30 April and 1 May and is for adults; the under-18 pass costs the same.

This is the price at which the festival opened sales for 2027 on 5 May at 17:00, straight after its 2026 edition, when it billed it as an ‘exclusive launch offer’. We covered that launch in our story on the dates and the first passes. Almost six months later, the launch offer is still the current price.

At €36, each day works out at €12. The product name, ‘Tier 1’, indicates that the festival plans further tiers, although the shop does not show any.

The price rise warning, with no date or price

Between 22 and 23 October, Extremúsika published at least four posts on its official Instagram account with the same tagline: ‘It's up to you, but the price of passes is going up’. None of them says when the tier will change or how much the next one will cost, and the tickets page does not clarify this either.

The warning is a push to buy now, but without a date or a figure readers cannot gauge how much they stand to lose by waiting. All that can be verified is that today's price is the lowest the 2027 pass has had and that the organisers say the rise is certain. For anyone who has already decided to go, waiting brings no benefit, and the insurance included with the ticket reduces the risk of buying six months in advance.

Tickets are bought on the official website, which also has a dedicated option for paying with the Bono Cultural. Tickets are issued in the holder's name: the shop asks for the first name, surnames and DNI of each attendee. All of them include free non-attendance insurance that refunds the price, excluding taxes, if you cannot go for a justified reason such as illness, dismissal from your job or a delay on public transport.

Rest area: €25 more for the three nights

The pass with rest area, the festival's campsite, costs €61 in its first tier, also for under-18s. It allows entry from 12:00 on Thursday 29 April until 13:00 on Sunday 2 May. Vehicles are not allowed into the camping area.

According to the festival's website, the area is within the Recinto Hípico itself, with security, access control, medical care and food and drink 24 hours a day, free showers and a barbecue area. There are no sockets or power points, so it is a good idea to bring power banks, and there is no space for caravans. Single-day tickets do not give access to the campsite.

On 23 October the festival also opened a thread on Instagram for the public to share lifts to Cáceres.

Under-18s: free up to age 7 and authorisation from then on

Children under 7 get in free if they are with an adult who has a ticket. Under the age of 16, minors need the signed authorisation and must be accompanied at all times by their father, mother or guardian; at 16 and 17 the authorisation alone is enough, and it can be downloaded from the tickets page. Tickets for wheelchair users and their companion are requested by email at info@ayudaeventos.com.

What you are buying today: 21 artists and no timetable

You are not buying the pass blind, but nor is the line-up complete. On 6 October the festival published a first preview of 21 names, in alphabetical order and with the warning that there will be ‘many more to be confirmed’:

Alberto Gambino, Alfredo Piedrafita, Blake, Caché, El Bugg, Eva Saint, Gato Ventura, Jarfaiter, Kinky Bwoy, La Gripe y Tú, La Pegatina, Laura DSK, Linaje, Makiu, Mala Reputación, Metrika, Raúl Cabra y la Sukyband, Sínkope, Sôber, Soziedad Alkoholika and TK Mami.

The heavyweights are in metal, with Soziedad Alkoholika and Sôber, and in the rock of Alfredo Piedrafita, former guitarist with Barricada. La Pegatina brings the mestizo fusion, and Metrika, Jarfaiter and Alberto Gambino the rap. It is the same mix of Spanish rock and urban scene that the festival already had in 2026, when Hamlet, Boikot and Kaydy Cain shared the bill. What is still missing is the day-by-day breakdown, the timetable and the rest of the confirmations.

There is another decision to make. Extremúsika clashes with Viña Rock, also from 29 April to 1 May 2027, which covers the same ground of rock, punk and rap and has not yet announced any artists. The dates, venue and confirmed artists are updated on the Extremúsika page, and the rest of the events in the province are listed under festivals in Cáceres.
