In short

  1. Reincidentes are the 2027 honourees of the Cuchara de Oro, the festival's award for bands that have left their mark on its history, and the organisers say the celebration starts from 12:00.
  2. Soziedad Alkoholika, Narco and Kaótiko join the Seville band on a nine-band line-up, all on a single day, Saturday 20 February, at the Recinto de Carnavales de Ayora.
  3. Tickets are now at their third price, €33 plus fees: the €28 blind ticket and the €30 launch offer have sold out, and with booking fees it comes to €36.30 through the official sale.
  4. Anyone going with under-18s or planning their trip will have to wait for some details: there are no set times per band and the conditions for minors differ across ticket outlets.

Gazpatxo Rock now has its headline story for the 2027 edition. Reincidentes will receive the Cuchara de Oro, the tribute with which the Ayora (Valencia) festival honours the bands that have shaped its history, on Saturday 20 February at the Recinto de Carnavales. The festival announced it on 22 October on its Instagram account, four months ahead of a day they share with Soziedad Alkoholika, Narco and Kaótiko.

Reincidentes, Cuchara de Oro 2027: the tribute starts at midday

The festival presents the Seville band as ‘masters of punk rock’ and standard-bearers of ‘freedom, equality and solidarity’. The announcement is written with nods to the band's songs, such as ‘Vicio’, and ends with a practical note: the band's legacy will be celebrated from 12:00, the time the festival opens according to the official poster, so it is worth arriving early. What it has not published is what time they will play.

The choice fits what the festival is about, which describes itself with the motto ‘Punk Rock desde 2006’. Reincidentes have been active since 1987, with Fernando Madina on bass and vocals, and their most recent album, ¡Peligro!, came out in 2025. Four decades on, the festival brings them on stage as honourees rather than as just another name on the bill.

Gazpatxo Rock 2027 line-up: nine bands in a single day

The line-up published on the festival's website brings together nine bands spanning punk rock, metal and rap metal. Alongside Reincidentes are Soziedad Alkoholika, the metal and hardcore band from Vitoria who headline the Saturday of Pista Extra in Vegadeo on 28 November; Narco, also from Seville, from the La Macarena neighbourhood, who mix metal and rap and are already confirmed for ExpoRock 2027 in A Coruña; and the punk of Kaótiko, from Salvatierra (Álava), who play Castañazo in Chantada on 31 October.

The day is rounded off by Manifa, KOP, MOMO, Combo Calada and Deaf Devils. Several of these names crop up on other line-ups this season, such as PintorRock in Reus, with Soziedad Alkoholika, Narco and Manifa, or Alterna Festival in El Bonillo, which brings together Soziedad Alkoholika, Narco and Kaótiko in July. It is the usual circuit for the genre, and Gazpatxo has an advantage that summer festivals lack: it takes place in the middle of February, far from peak season.

The poster also announces a welcome party, an after party and a set by Ele DJ, and once again includes the free gazpacho handout, the ‘gazpatxá’, one of the festival's hallmarks.

Tickets: €33 plus fees, with the first two tiers sold out

The official sale is on the festival website, which uses Enterticket. These were the prices for entry to the site on 23 October:

  • Blind ticket: €28, sold out.
  • Launch offer: €30, sold out.
  • Third offer: €33, on sale. With €3.30 in booking fees, the total is €36.30.

The same tier, the third offer at €33, is also on sale on Fever. ModoFestival may receive a commission if you buy through this link, at no extra cost to you.

The organisers have not announced how long this price will last or what the next one will be, but each tier has been more expensive than the last, so waiting will not make tickets cheaper. Tickets are not tied to a name: the festival clarified on Instagram that only the QR code is scanned at the entrance, so there is no need to change the name if someone in the group cannot go.

Still to be confirmed: set times, welcome party and minors

With four months to go, some details that affect trip planning are still pending. The festival has not published the running order or set times, nor when the welcome party and after party take place, nor whether they are included in the ticket.

The conditions for minors do not match either. The official sale states that under-18s can attend by handing in parental permission, while the event listing on Fever sets a minimum age of 18. Anyone planning to go with under-18s should check the minors section of the festival website before buying.

Ayora is in the inland part of the province of Valencia, in the Valle de Ayora-Cofrentes. The Gazpatxo Rock page brings together the line-up, the venue location and nearby accommodation, and other events in the area are in the festivals in Valencia listings.
