In short

  1. The two nights have different line-ups: Thursday 26 brings together Jimena Amarillo and Carmen Lancho with Ariete and Piccolo, and on Friday 27 Los Punsetes are the only Spanish act, alongside Franco126, Drast and Faccianuvola.
  2. The entire line-up comes from two independent labels: all eleven artists are on the roster of either Sonido Muchacho, from Madrid, or Bomba Dischi, from Rome, which are organising the festival.
  3. Advance tickets for Friday's closing party at Café La Palma are no longer available: they cost €16 and are listed as sold out.
  4. The two-night pass costs €44, fees included, compared with €55 for two day tickets at €27.50 each.

Los Punsetes, Franco126, Carmen Lancho and Jimena Amarillo are on the line-up for Sonido Bomba, a new festival bringing together Spanish and Italian artists at Sala But in Madrid on Thursday 26 and Friday 27 November. It is organised by two independent labels, Madrid's Sonido Muchacho and Rome's Bomba Dischi, and tickets are already on sale: €27.50 per day and €44 for the pass, fees included.

The split is not even. Of the eleven names announced, seven are Italian and four Spanish, so much of the line-up will be new to Madrid audiences, even though names such as Ariete and Franco126 have gold and platinum records in Italy, according to the organisers.

Sonido Bomba line-up by day: who plays on Thursday 26 and Friday 27

Thursday 26 is the night most evenly split between the two countries: Ariete, Carmen Lancho, Piccolo and Jimena Amarillo. The official ticket listing presents Ariete as that day's headliner. The festival describes her as one of the voices of new Italian pop, with gold and platinum records for songs such as Tatuaggi, Pillole and Mare di guai. On the Spanish side, Jimena Amarillo arrives with ANGÉLIKA, the album she released in 2025, and Carmen Lancho with the songs from her first EP, Dramitas. It will be a busy autumn for Lancho: she was on the RADAR Madrid showcase programme in October and is on the line-up for Monkey Week in El Puerto de Santa María, from 19 to 21 November, a week earlier. Piccolo, from Empoli, is part of the bnkr44 collective and released his album Amaranto on Bomba Dischi.

Friday 27 leans towards Italy, with Franco126, Drast, Faccianuvola and Los Punsetes. Franco126 made his name with Polaroid (2017), the album he made as a duo with Carl Brave, and in 2025 released Futuri Possibili, certified gold according to the organisers. Drast formed Psicologi with Lil Kvneki before going solo in 2022, and Faccianuvola has been mixing pop and electronica since she began uploading songs to SoundCloud during lockdown.

Los Punsetes are the most recognisable draw for Spanish audiences. The Madrid five-piece debuted in 2008 and have made a name for themselves with ironic lyrics in songs such as Tus amigos and Tu puto grupo. Their Sonido Bomba appearance comes ahead of a 2027 for which they have already announced SanSan, Primavera Sound and the launch of their eighth album at Sala Apolo in Barcelona, as part of Primavera Tours.

The official ticket listing gives 19:00 as the start time for both nights. The running order and individual set times have not been published.

A festival built from the Sonido Muchacho and Bomba Dischi rosters

Sonido Bomba bills itself as ‘Las Noches de Bomba Dischi y Sonido Muchacho’, and the name sums up what it is: a showcase for two labels. Every artist on the line-up, including the closing party, is on the roster of one of the two. Sonido Muchacho, founded in Madrid in 2014, contributes Los Punsetes, Carmen Lancho, Jimena Amarillo and Cariño, and its roster also includes Carolina Durante, Hinds and Sidonie. Bomba Dischi, founded in Rome in 2012, also works as a publisher, booking agency and management company, and is home to names such as Calcutta and Giorgio Poi.

For followers of either label, the formula makes sense: each night brings together artists from both countries and from the same alternative pop circuit. It also has a limitation, because the programme depends on what the two labels have rather than on outside guests. The project is supported by the Italian Ministry of Culture and SIAE, the Italian society of authors and publishers, as part of the Per Chi Crea programme, according to the festival's website.

Closing party at Café La Palma: Pop X, Fenoaltea and Cariño

After the second night, the festival moves to Café La Palma (calle de La Palma, 62). The party starts at 23:59 on Friday 27 with Pop X, the Italian audiovisual project created by Walter Biondani and Davide Panizza, and DJ sets from Fenoaltea, an electronic project from Palermo, and Cariño. The band, who made their name with their cover of C. Tangana's Llorando en la limo, now continue as a duo, with Alicia Ros and Paola Rivero, and are presenting Odio la música, a taster of their next album.

This part is sold separately, on Notikumi, and the €16 advance ticket is listed as sold out. The ticketing page does not say whether tickets will be available on the door that night.

Tickets: €27.50 per day and €44 for the pass, fees included

Tickets for Sala But are sold on the Ochoymedio website, which includes the festival in its concert programme, with booking fees already included:

  • Two-day pass (26 and 27 November): €44.
  • Thursday 26 ticket: €27.50.
  • Friday 27 ticket: €27.50.

Buying both nights separately costs €55, so the pass saves €11 for anyone wanting to go to both. The pass covers both nights at Sala But (calle de Barceló, 11); the Café La Palma party is not included. The purchase links for each option are gathered on the festival's tickets page.

Under Ochoymedio's policy on minors, under-16s may only enter accompanied by their father, mother or legal guardian, who also needs a ticket, and both must carry original identification. Anyone wanting to fill out the month will find more plans in the Madrid festival listings and in the guide to November 2026 festivals in Spain.
